Great experience! Fresh food. Great customer service!

It's definitely smaller than the colonie location, and the lack of a gas station is almost an insult to members, but it still beats handing money over to the slave drivers at Walmart. I've always found what I need here, and when it's time to pay you can have a real human scan your items and check you out. Much better than scanning everything myself with an underpaid employee looking over my shoulder, accusing me of theft with their eyes.

In-person shopping good for warehouse experience. The front end have been fast to respond to anything needed at self check out. They make walmart look like snails. Deli people are pleasant.

It's minimal and it is what it is.

BJ's is great place to save money. You buy a membership, bit between the money saved on bulk buying and the various coupons that are offered every month, you make up the fee very quickly. We saved a lot when our children were younger, and still save when buying essential such as paper towels or toilet tissue, as well as English muffins and coffee pods. I would suggest opening more cashier lines as there was only 1 open when we shopped on a Monday, but when the head cashier was approached, she quickly found a cashier to step in. It is well worth the membership fee to save a lot of money!

Raj from the tire center here saved me! I was here from out of town due to a funeral and the night before I had to drive back to South Carolina I got a flat tire and after going to several other places that all turned me away I went here and he was so nice! The tire bay closed at 8 and he stayed until 9 to help fix my tire so I could drive home! Such great customer service and he was cheerful and did not complain once! Thank you Raj for going out of your way to help someone in need!

From the outside, this BJ's location is nothing to write home about. However, the inside is clean, organized, and there is plenty of staffing for fairly quick checkout lines (considering most people are making large purchases and buying in bulk.) Unfortunately this location does not have gas pumps.

They always have everything I need!

BJs is an incredible warehouse store, this one located in Rotterdam, NY. Everything is sold in bulk which makes the prices reasonable. BJs sells almost everything such as electronics, jewelry, household items, seasonal items, clothes, grocery & pharmaceutical items. There is also an incredible bakery & deli dept. You must be a member to shop here & may get a 1 day shopping pass by stopping by Customer Service. BJs also has a website in which bigger items are sold. Some BJs, although not this particular one, also have a gas station which sells gas for $.10 cheaper than the local prices.

Great Products, Great Service, Great Prices!!!!! I heard they Deliver to but is it your own Delivery or Third Party Delivery cause I only if the Store does their own Delivery

Always clean, fully stocked, they will substitute an item if out of stock, pricing is great and coupons in store and manufacturers make prices even lower!

Huge wholesale store with many items that come in bulk with great prices for big families. Staff are helpful and they have a great variety of items.
