I was so nervous before going in for my bridal appointment as this was my first stop to look for a wedding gown -- turns out I had no need to be. Vicki made me immediately feel comfortable and it's clear she has years of experience and knowledge! She offered honest feedback and was happy to discuss possible alterations for each dress, which I deeply appreciated. I never felt rushed and Vicki really listened to me and what I was looking for in a gown. In the end I found a beautiful dress and I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day. So happy with my experience here! Vicki is truly talented. She tailored my Kleinfeld wedding dress and thought of everything that I didn't even think to ask. She did a perfect job with tulle and beading which isn't easy. Worth every penny.

I used Chaz for my wedding dress alterations (wedding 1/6/24) and Vicki was AMAZING. I wore my mother's custom dress from 1989 and Vicki converted it to a modern day dress, while still keeping the classic elements of the original dress. It was a very detailed and timely project (almost a year long), but so glad she was able to capture the dress perfectly.

I saw a wedding dress in the window display that I absolutely loved. I called the store and Vicky was able to accommodate me to come in same day to try it on. She was so helpful and kind and made the experience truly wonderful. I left with the dress same day and couldn’t be happier, it felt meant to be. I can’t wait to work with Vicky on the next stage for alterations!

Vicki was great! She fit me into her busy schedule even though she had an event to get to. She was super kind and helpful. I had no idea what I was looking for, or what size I was, but she was quick to figure it out and start pulling dresses for me. I highly recommend stopping by as they have a lot of options and styles. Vicki was very helpful & got me into my dream dress within the first few I tried on! She was extremely accommodating with any mishaps that popped up as well, which I very much appreciated. With my last minute shopping, she was also very accommodating as far as my alterations as well! Not to mention my dress was new with tags, intricate & less than half the price you would pay at a big store. A must before you buy your dress!

Vicki, the proprietor, is the most knowledgeable, skillful, and pleasant seamstresses I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her alterations were high quality, timely, and worked beautifully with the dress. I couldn't even identify half the alterations she made on my wedding dress, the work was so well done! The fit is beyond flattering and the her bustle job was absolutely perfect for the dress and my dancing needs. Overall, my experience with her was so positive, I look forward to working with and chatting with her again! I found her prices to be fabulous, her help and suggestions regarding veil options and belts/appliques were spot on and made me feel more beautiful than ever in the dress, and I appriciated the genuine care and attention she had for me and my dress. I bought a beautiful formal dress for a black tie function. The price was so reasonable. I got so many compliments. And I was not afraid of several people having the same dress. The owner was so much fun to work with. Best customer service! This is definitely my first stop when I need formal attire. I am going back today.

I would 100% recommend Chaz Bridal. I was new to the Cincinnati area, and had 2 months left before my wedding, and needed my dress altered. Vicki was kind enough to take me on as a client even though her schedule was completely booked for my wedding day. She did a great job on my alterations. My wedding day would not have been the same without her!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Vicki was very helpful even though I didn't have an appointment that day. She helped me find my dream dress for the perfect price. A one stop shop for bridal accessories for those looking to not spend a fortune. When I started shopping for bridal accessories, I was immediately baffled at how much my dream wedding veil would cost me. The bridal boutique I was getting my dress from priced their cathedral length veils around $400-$450. I understand and respect the craftsmanship that goes into the creation, but I couldn’t wrap my head around spending that much on an accessory. Just when I thought I’d have to change my dream to something more budget-accommodating, I decided to check out Chaz Bridal.

The shop’s owner, Vicki, was extremely friendly and helpful when my mom and I visited to browse her veil options. Vicki walked us through and educated us about different veil aspects and components, things I had never even considered. She guided us on choosing the right lace color and even different trim options she could provide for us.

Not only does this boutique supply bridal accessories, but bridal jewelry, formal shoes and a large selection of consignment wedding dresses for a fraction of the price of retail. The owner even offers alterations as well.

Overall, I absolutely loved my experience here and will definitely be recommending to those in the market for a bridal boutique that offers a personalized experience.

Vicki was so unbelievably helpful throughout the entire alteration process! She listened to my vision for my wedding dress and was so creative in making it come to fruition. She also gave me pointers on undergarments and ways to make the entire process less expensive. Not only did she do a spectacular job with my wedding dress, but she even squeezed in altering my sister's bridesmaid's dress despite her busy schedule. Not to mention all of the fun chats we had while she was working on my dress. It was truly a pleasure meeting her and using her services. I would recommend Vicki to anyone! Thank you Vicki!

I did not get my wedding dress here but I did get my alterations done here. AND WOW! I couldn't even tell my dress had been altered from the looks of it:) the dress was absolutely stunning and fit me like a glove. I would trust no one else with wedding alterations. I am larger busted and we figured out a way to get my dress to fit around a full strapless bra (the back of the dress was sheer) w/o it being noticeable. If you need alterations Vicki is worth every penny!

Vicki is definitely very good at what she does! She helped me find a dress and veil and even took her time to make sure my alterations were done flawlessly. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day thanks to her.

This place is a gem! Vicki was wonderful in helping me try on wedding dresses and gave honest feedback when I asked for it. I went in alone but felt like I was shopping with family. She had beautiful things, and a great selection at reasonable prices. I definitely recommend checking them out.

My friend was looking for an "off the rack" dress for her wedding, which was only a few days away. We tried all the big name stores in town and were disappointed by their selection. And, their salespeople tried to push her into buying anything that remotely fit her size, and was over her budget.

We were very impressed by the selection at Chaz! Sizes were clearly marked and the dresses were beautifully cared for. But most of all, the owner who served us wasn't pushy, gave great fitting advice and was very helpful finding dresses in the store that matched what my friend wanted.

She ended up finding the perfect dress, and it was in her price range. She even found a great veil and shoes at the store too. I was a little iffy about a consignment shop at first but I'm a convert now. If you're looking for a great dress at the right price with excellent service, pay Chaz a visit.

Vicki was wonderful!! So pleasant on the phone and in person. She was very understanding and very honest with me. She is helped me try to find some other dress since the one I have is not my dress I apperciate that from her. She even listened to a fussy baby lol.. Even though I did not find anything in my size or style she was professional at all times! Love this lady.

Found my dream dress in the window of Chaz Bridal! I had been searching for a while and could not find a dress I liked in my size and in my budget until I found Chaz! The staff was so polite and very attentive. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend checking out Chaz for all your wedding dress, veil, and bridesmaids gown needs!
