This branch here has given me outstanding service over the years. I find the staff here very professional and very willing to help. And they know their stuff. I had to move away and when I had some troubles with another branch, they helped me sort it out. In particular, an assistant manager here named "Gladis" was amazing in this, going above and beyond, professional and timely. I am grateful.

No complaints really about the bank, but their trading platform is horrible. For brokerage, much better go to Fidelity or ETrade.
