Such a wonderful gem in the area. We shop here regularly and the two ladies are always offering samples. Some of our favorites are their double smoked bacon, weisswurst, and olive Leberkäse (German "meatloaf"). This is nothing like the stuff you buy at grocery stores. No preservatives and so good!

What a hidden gem. Made the best Brussels sprouts with shallots and Smoked Bacon. Picked up some fresh ground beef too. Can’t wait. #rightaroundthecorner.

Always stop here when we are nearby. Even though it's 4 hours from our house, it's fairly close to the NYS Thruway Catskill exit. A true German butcher.
