In 2018, my husband purchased a Kubota BX23S from Randall Implements. Ned was our salesman, and the sales process was easy with zero pressure. My husband has since purchased several accompanying implements. All interactions with Randall, from sales to service, have exceeded our expectations. Staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful.

Most recently, on 5/8/23, Tom from the Service Dept helped us resolve a hydraulic fluid leak over the phone. He provided me with simple instructions, which I was able to easily convey to my husband. All is well now, and the leak appears to be resolved. Tom saved us an expensive trip to the shop, and now our Kubota is back up and running. When I thanked Tom for his help and time, he simply said "That's what we're here for." This might seem like a small thing but given the state of ALL customer service post-COVID, I was really impressed and grateful. Thank you, Tom!

Went in for looking for a tractor & they were very helpful. Very informative & I left understanding more about tractors then I did before I walked in.

I bought my tractor here 5 years ago. I am very happy with my Kubota tractor. In fact, I love it. I just picked up a brush hog and got my 3-point hitch kit there . They are very knowledgeable and helpful .

Recently purchased a new 2501....... sale and service was great and speedy..... Ned was great to deal with and easy to talk to and answered all my questions

I was looking for a GOOD riding lawn mower for my huge lawn. Wore out three club cadets. Found exactly what I needed with a snow blower attachment also. Great sales person. Friendly knowledgeable. Delivery was today by Tim and did a good once over with me and great delivery. Looking forward to mowing lawn if rain ever stops!

I took a Kubota BX tractor in for service and have nothing but compliments. Friendly informative staff, they explained everything, and did an amazing job - they went above and beyond and the tractor is running like new!

Randall was fantastic in assisting us with purchasing a Kubota BX2380. Paperwork was easy, and we received our new tractor within 2 weeks. Ask for Dale, he was phenomenal; provided in-depth tutorial on how to use the machine and was very thorough.

Took my Kubota tractor in for service. Local place, Emerich's, told me I would have to leave it 8 weeks. Randall's did the work in a week. There people are much friendlier and the service is cheaper. The drive is longer for me but we'll worth it. Talk to Tom, he is awesome.

There are not a lot of places that sell agricultural machinery and parts any more. They sell quality parts when I need them along with quality lubricants. They carry a decent selection of new and preowned equipment and do quality service work as over the years our IH 966 has needed a new motor and TA.which they installed.

I needed a part for my 1948 Ford 8n tractor they had it in stock I will buy my tractor parts at this place

Brought my zero turn mower in for repair . The damage was caused by me they were very respectful and had it repaired in ,2 days

They unloaded my semi trailer pretty quick. I just wish there was a marking on the ground to guide your trailer to the dock. It can be difficult sometimes.

The parts department is the best. And repair shop does an incredible job.
