Owner is pleasant, nice cuts of meats, but they need to be open more hours, or at least be dependable in regards to hours. I never know when to go there. Owner is very nice though

Legit hometown butcher. Will dry age steaks on request. NOT open in the begining of the week like most quality butchers.

2 days in a row they were not open ...Tues and Wednesday. .im driving from Coxsackie. .Im done with this place ..Not supporting this local business. .And if open ..i wonder how fresh their meat really is.. A big pile of catfood in front of the door ...Needs to be cleaned asap
