Great experience here during the round of 16. Louis Armstrong stadium is a great value. Had the opportunity to see 4 matches. Loved the overall venue. Lots of great food choices and appreciated the shady areas as well.

The US Open is one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments in the world, held annually in New York City. It typically receives positive reviews for its world-class tennis action, iconic venue (Arthur Ashe Stadium), and the electric atmosphere in the city during the event. Tennis fans appreciate the high level of competition and the opportunity to watch top players in action.

However, some common criticisms include the high cost of tickets and concessions, which can be quite expensive. The weather in late summer can also be extremely hot and humid, which can be uncomfortable for both players and spectators. Additionally, the sheer size of the event can make it crowded, and getting around the grounds can be challenging.

Overall, the US Open is a must-visit for tennis enthusiasts, offering an exciting blend of athleticism, entertainment, and the opportunity to see tennis legends and rising stars in action. However, it's essential to plan ahead and be prepared for the associated costs and potential weather challenges.

I have been going to Arthur Ashe Kids Day for many years, and it is always fun. It is always free except for a parking fee of $40. It used to be $20 before the pandemic. Kids Day always had fun filled activities for the kids and to promote the game to the next generation. On outer courts, usually not high-ranking players practice, and in the Arthur Ashe stadium or Armstrong, you will see high-ranking players practice. Food inside the center is always expensive and not so healthy. US open related merchandise is sold inside the Center. You must come early to get parking close to the stadium. Otherwise, you may get parking anywhere in Flushing Meadow Corona Park. Free Shuttle bus services will be provided, but it ends in the evening around 6 pm. If you decide to hang out for long in the evening, then be ready to walk to your car. Sunday before the tournament is also free, where you may not get Kids Day crowd, and you get a chance to see all tennis stars practicing.

Me and my tennis player daughter had the best experience , the atmosphere was great but the food was very expensive and some staff who were working at the queues were not very kind and there was a middle aged woman, I can say was very rude at the queue. And another young girl was always looking at her phone that we had to remind her that interval was over. But general atmosphere, being there watching the matches closely was amazing!

Great venue for the world’s best tennis tournament. Of course I’m biased. Lot of fun, especially the first week. Travel light and bring lots of money😀 and a good camera.

What an amazing tennis stadium. Must visit on kids day for free for fun free stuff. Food is really good huge food court too many icecream and coffee shops. Good restaurants. Many restrooms. Players all around and so many shows from 9 to 4.

Came here to watch the US Open and it was pretty amazing. The venue was nice, the grounds are super packed. People were weirdly oblivious with their walking, but I guess non New York people don't understand how to get out of the way. The place itself is gorgeous, great tennis, and great vibes all around

This is an impressive site with many courts and stadiums to watch tennis. It is a premium tennis tournament. The only issue is the cost to attend, and everything you purchase is expensive. It is very crowded and lines everywhere, for food to enter the courts etc.

It's incredible how close you can get to all of the players at the US Open. The queue between Arthur Ashe and the practice courts is where you'll get your autographs, but please mind the children!
The practice courts are such a great area to get close and be able to watch the players warm up and in a more casual atmosphere.
The Grandstand is big enough to get bring in the great matches but small enough to see all the action. Really great court.
It's incredible to see how many courts they've been able to pack into such a small space. The atmosphere is incredible at the US Open, easily the most electric of all the slams.

We've come to the US Open multiple years for the Men's final but this year decided to come the 1st weekend for the opportunity to see more matches ... tip: if u don't want to pay for reserved seating, buy a grounds pass and queue up at the gate before it opens and find your way to Loui Armstrong - 2nd tier seats are not reserved and r 1st come 1st serve: u can get center seating w/ a great view of the action for a reasonable cost and see afternoon and evening sessions!

Went there for us open fans week. Essentially there’s two huge stadiums, one with roof and one without. There is a food court between the main entrance and the main stadium.

Backpacks are not allowed in and lockers are ten dollars each so make sure you bring a bag in stead of backpacks.

It takes around 20 minutes to exit the stadium, grab some food at the food court and go back, so if you don’t wanna miss a part of the game and avoid the queue, you can buy food and bring them into the stadium as you enter.

Our favorite time of the year. Us open. I love the fan week we're we can enjoy watching the pros practice for free. My kids this year loved the next gen sections with games and giveaways. Holiday inn food court giveaway for the kids. As always the employee at the us open are very friendly manly to entertain the kids. Face paint, air tattoo, lots of stuff to do. My only and always concerned are the food courts as they over priced. Even with the kids 10dollars from Hilton I still needed to pay 30 dollars. Without it I would be spending 60 for a 3piece chicken fingers and fries that was horrible and just rushed food. I never liked the food court but you have no choice unless you spend more money for the restaurant. Overall it's always a great time experience for the kids just be prepared to spend money only on food and drinks. Shout out to Next generation, and holiday inn and the US Open staff making my kids love tennis and enjoy the attractions.

I came here for the first time for one week during the US Open 2022. This USTA Billie Jean King Tennis Center is a mega complex exceeding all expectations. The fact that these are public courts makes it even sweeter. If I lived in NY I'd make it a point to come here and play often. My favorite is Armstrong for it's intimate feel and no bad seat anywhere you sit. Amazing stadiums/courts throughout the complex. I'm looking forward to coming back next year after an amazing first time experience. 🎾🏆

Surely the global mecca for any tennis fan. Arthur Ashe is a modern day colosseum and the improvements since it first opened make this a state of the art venue. Easy access, huge food court and unending drama during the US Open tournament make this an exhilarating visit whether a die hard fan or not. Easy access by public transportation. Only to complaint is the steep prices for Food and Drink. But that's capitalism for you 😁

The experience and location was phenomenal! I went to the Arthur Ashe Stadium but did visit some of the other courts as well and watch some matches. The grounds was nice, lots of fun and shopping/activities and yes, food and drinks. Loved it!

Not a lot of people would know and must know is you get to take a tour of the magnificent Arthur Ashe stadium that conducts the historical US Open, outside the US open season.

We did just that and had a 1.5 hours tour with our lovely guide - James. The overall booking process was very pleasant and thorough, thanks to Martin and James. We arrived 15 minutes earlier as advised and parked at parking lot B that's closer to the Chase center from where the touring party began.

The reception area gives you the "Tennis-ey" vibes you need right away, as you wait in the lobby section. You see photographs of all the legends with information on the years they won their US title.

The tour started with Louis Armstrong stadium, proceeding towards Arthur Ashe, the other grand stadiums and the practice courts.

Enter the Arthur Ashe aka The Center Court and any Tennis fanatic will right away get the feeler of being right at the center of the "Mecca of Tennis", where so many greats have sweated out everything to win the coveted US open title.

The tour is not rushed and ends with getting a complimentary bag from USTA. There's also an adjoining sports shop you can look around and buy stuff.

Had a great time at the 2022 US Open!

We bought the Arthur Ashe tickets for around 1 which was well worth it as a beginner’s pass into the world of tennis. All the stadiums are beautiful but Arthur Ashe was insane with how loud then quite tens of thousands of people can become.

Outside the big stadiums, the smaller courts are very cool. Can watch up close getting the full intensity of a professional match. Highly recommend spending time here.

Absolute blast of experience! Nice and clean place, lots of available parking space, not too expensive to park on the site.
Plenty of food and drink places so you don’t have to spend too much time waiting in the line.
Worth of going, liftime experience!
