Ordered bagels and cream cheese for a prek Mother’s Day brunch. To my surprise, they made it on a wonderful platter with fresh cut strawberries and raspberries. It was gorgeous! Great people!

We came down today for lunch. This was the perfect spot to have a delicious meal and good conversation! I got the Turkey BLT and there was a delectable pesto mayo on it that I loved. We will definitely be back soon!

This is the only place in the area that I’ve found a Taylor ham egg & cheese. The food was delicious, the owner was great. Also, I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

All they workers in the back are great,very welcoming atmosphere. The server that rang me up Thomas was really nice and real comfortable to speak to, I forgot I even was there for food at one point. Price is great, finally a sub that doesn't feel like dried out stale bread with a garden salad for toppings. Real good food. We will returning to this Cozy establishment.$35 for all this and I ate the other half of the Sub so it's not in here 🤏😎

We stopped at Cozy Cup yesterday and felt like trying "something different" from the menu. As always both our choices were yummy!
The "Kid from Coney Island" is a potato knish, split and topped with bacon, 2 eggs (any style), and cheese. I never would have thought of pairing a knish together with bacon, eggs, and cheese. When you think about it, though it makes perfect sense, rather a riff on "cheese omelet with bacon and potatoes" - and it was excellent!
Hubby had a "Cairo Cowboy" sandwich - fried chicken with bacon, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and (tomato-based) barbecue sauce, on a real NYC-style hard roll - he's still raving about it.

We stopped in a couple months back and had a great lunch, BEC on an everything bagel, tortellini salad, knish and the Peppermill sandwich. All were excellent, the owner and staff were friendly, would definitely go back especially for the knish.

Cozy and had the best omelette I have had in years!!! Delicious

Went in for the first time in a long time and met the new(ish) owner Tom. Service with a smile, entertained conversation while completing multiple orders, and just seemed to really care about everyone’s experience. Will be back!

My husband and I had the opportunity to visit the Cozy Cup Deli and we're so glad we did. From the moment we entered we felt truly welcome. Very Cozy! We were greeted like friends, not just some strangers walking in off the street. We visited at the height of the lunchtime rush (crazy busy time) but the wait was well worth it! My husband ordered the Italian Stallion, which he said was the best Italian style sandwich he's ever eaten, and I ordered a BLT with basil pesto mayo on toasted sour dough bread. And OMG, my mouth is watering just writing about it, it was so delicious! The prices are right in the range you would expect and the portions are generous. I would have to say that getting to meet and have conversations with the owner, Thomas, was a highlight of the visit . He's such a genuine, friendly person and a great conversationalist. The Cozy Cup Deli is a true gem in the heart of Cairo, at the end of Main Street in the beautiful Catskills. I highly recommend if you are in the area, you stop by for breakfast or lunch. You won't be sorry!

The wife and I went on a mini vacation to the Catskills and came through a cool little town called Cairo. We were hungry and decided to stop here for something to eat. The Cozy Cup Deli looked very pleasant and inviting so we decided to eat there. We found the food listed on the menu to be healthy, hardy and best of all locally sourced. The owner, who works behind the counter when not personally greeting guests, was very pleasant and welcoming. If you are in the area and looking for a delicious breakfast or lunch, at very reasonable prices, we definitely recommend the Cozy Cup Deli.

I am a regular customer at Cozy Cup and I absolutely love everything about this place: food, décor, atmosphere, service. My favorite breakfast item – sunny-side eggs with bacon and home fries. I’ve never gotten tired of it. My husband is on a healthier diet and there are always options for him to choose from. But it’s not just great food why I love to go to Cozy Cup. Cozy Cup Deli recently provided the catering for a large training that we hosted. Thomas was excellent to work with and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process - from planning to delivery. I have been visiting cozy cup since I moved to Cairo. From the first time I stepped into the establishment I felt “at home”. I’m always welcomed with infectious warm smiles and asked how I’ve been. This is only just the beginning ! The food is amazing and the prices are great ! The staff is one of a kind . Always masked, always washing their hands and changing their gloves. Things like that, especially today, will keep me coming back ! The homemade soups are hearty and always served hot and the new chicken finger baskets are delicious! 10/10 would recommend ! Thank you cozy cup staff for always putting your customers health, safety and appetites first !

What a gem. Happened across this deli while visiting the catskills for a wedding celebration, and was beyond delighted with the quality of food and service we received! Had the fish fillet sandwich, patty melt special, and a wrap which were all delicious - and discovered the owner was from the city! If you're looking for an Amazing version of all your New York deli favorites definitely check this place out.

Been eating lunch at the Cozy Cup deli for a few year’s now, never dissatisfied. From the moment I walk in and I’m greeted by the owners, the experience is always a good one. From over stuffed sandwiches and fresh daily home made soups, always satisfied with whatever I choose for lunch that day. The friendly and warm service with a smile was also part of that day’s lunch.

I just got back to the area after being away since last summer and went to Cozy Cup for lunch. Found out the place had been sold, the new owner, Thomas was behind the counter. We spoke and I told him about my history coming to Cozy Cup. He’s a really nice guy who I believe will take Cozy Cup to a new level that will be very welcomed by the people of Cairo. A ton of new selections to choose from, yet still the same great older favorites of mine.

Do yourself a favor if you’re in the area, try this place once. I’m sure you’ll be back for more.

We are from Jersey and absolutely loved this place. We were in town on a little getaway and drove past this place and decided to stop in. We all had great omelettes and the service was exceptional! They are so kind and personable, they clearly love their customers. And to top it all off, they had great coffee. Very safe and comfortable! Everyone must check this place out!!!
