Needed compression socks after knee replacement surgery. Staff helped explain the different options to me and helped me find the exact right size. I never knew there could be so many options, but staff made it very simple. The personal attention makes all the difference.

Providers of bargain basement hospital goods. The bed, the trapeze and the commode defective, make do items that only frustrate the patient and caregivers with use. If you can't provide a quality product why bother. Not to mention no one ever answers the phone over there.

They gave me a cap machine and never heard from them again. I just learned my machine has been recalled after having it for 6 years and not a word. I never knew I could get my medical supplies covered by insurance, I have been paying out of pocket for everything. They gave me the machine but never knew what filters my machine took or had in stock. The customer service needs major help.

It is important you know what you are paying for. They don't have product on floor to really help you make a wise purchase. I ordered a lift chair and I had to order from pamphlets and samples of fabric. The pamphlets are extensive reading. The staff is eager to sell and really leave it up to you to figure it all out. I was reassured the fabric that I received was the one I wanted, however, that was not the case. I was told when I called I should have refused the chair, I didn't realize I could do that. I called after the holiday to be told "nothing they can do about it" . So I am stuck. If you are able to find another place to shop I would, if not read all the pamphlets and know how to order, don't count on the staff to help you with purchase. Do your homework.

Have used for last couple of years for Cpap supplies. I have never gotten an order where something wasn't the wrong thing. Today when I called to report wrong tubing I was told to come in and they would show me how to use it. I was sent tubing for a Resmed 10 instead of 9. I have been using my Cpap for 7 years! The office manager got on the phone and accused me of being "nasty" are you kidding me. I have sent multiple pics of my eqipment in an attempt to get the correct order. Bye, bye Northeast

My Father's Dr called in for bed rails a week ago. I have called twice and left a voice mail to find out the status. No return calls. At all. Find another source for your Medical Supply needs.

Be aware of these slimy "salespersons"! They are like used car salesmen of the medical supplies industry.They promised me a specific item then delivered something different and had the audacity to tell me I lie! Now I'm stuck with their garbage while they get paid.I should have taken their rudeness over the phone as an indication of the service I would receive.I wish I could give these jerks -5 stars,its what they deserve!
