Lebanon Acres

Lebanon acres is a nice quiet affordable mobile home park to live in. Their are plenty of activities yard sales a park for the kids to play. As well as contests for best decorations during Christmas time. Debbie is especially amazing for the way she has helped improve and make the park a happier place to live. With gifting something small to kids during Christmas time. She takes the time out of her day to say hi if she’s out and about in the park. She decorates the office so nicely for every holiday. She definitely deserves a raise with everything she does and more. She gets the community involved with one another. Lebanon acres/gemstone communities is lucky to have her as an employee.

The manager Debbie is so sweet and is always ready to help and answers all of your question we have lived here for 10 years and Debbie has been one of the best managers we have had

Loved here going on 3 years and haven't had any major issues. Usually pretty quite with friendly neighbors and staff. Updates are a regular with things being upgraded every for months or new trailers added often!

So far the place looks really promising we showed up a few min late due to driving from Ky but even with that Joey the manager took her time to speak with me over the phone and have maintenance show us around the park and we have fallen in love with one of the homes now we will be returning tomorrow to do the application and hopefully soon into our new home :) (and of you see how many post I make it’s rare for me to find a good place wether food auto or housing relating I’m bluntly honest about it)

The manager Cathy is the best, most understanding, caring person. She is what that community has needed for years. I am glad to see such good change in that community!!!!
