I have never seen a business that isn’t a business - they wrap their arms around you and sincerely take care of you. The staff are equally amazing. The mechanic will help you and feels like a friend not someone out to get all they can from you. There is a strong sense of security from the top all the way through their organization. More businesses need to be trained by these folks on customer service. Chuck Waite is far above a 10 star rating. There aren’t enough stars to give a real rating for the service you receive.

What a difference in experience I had here! I was taking my car to a big name car place, but the manager tried to sell me things I didn't need and talked to me like I was stupid. So I tried Chuck Wait Tire this time, and it was such an awesome experience. They were all kind and friendly and helped me pretty quickly. The owner took the time to check to make sure I had everything I needed and was satisfied. I'll be back for sure! Thank you to your wonderful staff!!

Recently had all four tires replaced on my vehicle at Chuck Wait Tire. The service there is outstanding! I didn’t have to have an appointment just arrived during business hours, picked out the tires that were best for my car, and wallet…then within an 1hr and a half from arriving there I was back on the ride with all new tires. A free alignment and free disposal of my old tires were included…which nowadays is totally unheard of. Everyone I interacted with showed me such great customer service and made sure to go above and beyond to make my experience a positive one, even the other friendly customers I had the pleasure of chatting with while waiting! I highly recommend if you’re in need of new tires or even an oil change to head over to Chuck Wait’s and getting top notch auto service along with excellent customer service! Keep up the awesome job, Chuck Wait Tire!!! And thanks again for all your help it’s definitely appreciated!

I was very impressed with the service. I was told to go there by a friend because that was where he got his tires. People were sitting on a bench like they were in a park. A man came out and shook my hand and asked me how I was doing. Good friendly customer Service. The tire was a fair price and the service was fast. Highly recommend. Thanks

They have a big shop, quite a few bays, and busy on Saturday. This is owned and operated by an amazing family, with excellent customer service and knowledge. So many customers and repeat business, they will take care of you. Their mechanics do great work, and their prices are good.

Chuck Wait was fantastic. They had the exact tires I wanted in stock, helped me identify a few issues I was having with my front end suspension, and even gave me a free tablet, a gas card, and two free alignments just for purchasing my tires with them! The service was friendly and the experience was great all around. They financed my entire purchase price and even offerd a 90 day same as cash payment option! Wow what an amazing experience this was. Stopped in to get a price on tires for 2 vehicles. Got them on the truck same day got jeep scheduled for when my wife is off work. We worked with one of his daughters and she was very knowledgeable. I will never shop anywhere else again. We got 8 tires with road hazard and everything else available for a sweet price.
