I took advantage of a no-interest finance, $1500 rebate deal in mid-April 2024. Mike and Jeremiah gave me ALL the time I wanted to look and ask questions. They gave straight answers about what costs I should expect to maintain the spa into the future. They worked out a great deal on a Caldera Utopia Tahitian spa with a Freshwater Salt and IQ Monitoring Systems. Mike setup and explained how to balance the water during delivery. I've only had to make two basic water adjustments since delivery. The spa tells you exactly what to do! The Freshwater Salt and IQ systems make the maintenance SO easy. The entire experience from purchase, delivery and setup and use has been top notch. Look no farther than Krossber's for a full service company where you are family.

We are from out of town and were looking for a hot tub for the very first time. I submitted online inquiries to 3 local places, and Jeremiah was the only one that was responded with actual information. He continued to respond to my questions and concerns, and he even talked me through the various options over the phone. We made a trip into the store and were greeted by Mike and Chad and given a great deal. They eased all our concerns as we are brand new to hot tubs and answered everything with knowledgeable responses. I appreciate their help so much and look forward to working alongside them!

Regarding components for a jetted tub, I called and spoke with Jeremiah. His knowledge, experience and time spent in explaining answers to my questions, were second to none.

Awesome Family Business!

We purchased a 30' above ground pool & spa from them about 6 years when they were still Fingers Lakes Pool & Spa. I still remember the day we stopped in to see about getting an above ground pool. We had already done some shopping at other local pool places and just weren't happy with what we found. We just happened to drive by one day and decided to stop in! Jim & Mike were awesome to work with! They were both very knowledgable and gave us a ton of information on pools & spas and helped us narrow down what would work best for us. They also made us feel very comfortable & we didn't feel pressured into making a decision on the spot. We actually were going to go home & discuss and make our final plans by the end of the month, but we ended up going back later that same day & purchasing because we were so impressed! The pool install was quick & seamless! Couldn't have asked for a better crew! The spa delivery went very smoothly as well! Mike walked us through how to use everything and make sure all of our questions were answered before he left! Couldn't ask for better service!

Since then we have used them for all of our pool & spa supplies, as well as opening & closing our pool & even for some spa maintenance. We have always had awesome & reliable service! We highly recommend them! They go above & beyond to provide high quality customer service!

One of the most professional and pleasurable places to do business with. I bought my inground pool from a different business. Every week I went in for chemicals, it felt like I was being an inconvenience. I switched my business to Krossber Brothers 5 years ago and couldn’t be happier. Every single employee is fantastic to deal with!! Last year after 14 years of use my pool needed a new liner. I didn’t consider any other pool store but Krossber Brothers to do the work. Spoke with Jimmy at length about the process and not only did I get a great product at a great price, but Jimmy explained the benefits of doing it in the fall versus the spring and I am so glad I did. Do business with these guys, whether you need weekly chemicals or a whole new inground liner. Top notch specialists. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

We have shopped at Krossber Brothers Pool and Spa for parts/equipment for our Pool and Hot Tub over the past 7 years, including a new liner for our above ground pool. The service was great and everything I expected from a local family owned business. Where they have gone above and beyond to deserve a 5 star is when I had issues with my hot tub a couple times the past 2 years.

After talking to their hot tub technician in each scenario (hot tub freeze last year and mother board failure this year) they were able to help me fix the problem. They did not sell me the hot tub but did their best to help me get the hot tub back up and running without profit in mind. In both scenarios they sold me the parts that they had in stock and were able to give me the direct source for specialized parts to enable me to purchase direct from supplier to save money and receive the product as fast as possible with ease of mind that the right parts were coming. In both scenarios I actual felt bad for accepting their technical professional advice and the amount of time they spent helping us without accepting really any reimbursement for their time. This is why they are always the first place I go whenever I need any kind of service or repair on my pool or spa.

I needed some help getting a older model hot tub up and running. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and informed. Mike and Josh were the technicians who came to help out. They were both exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The whole experience was streamlined and efficient. Highly recommend.

We heard about Krossber Brothers when we bought a home with a pool and the previous owner highly recommended we use their services. They are fantastic!! Super accommodating, knowledgeable with incredible customer service. Today Ian and Tim showed up to open our pool and install our new salt system. They were quick and efficient.
