Wonderful experience! Our server was Incredibly Friendly & she was Super Helpful! She went above & beyond! She even took a photo for us:) She asked at the start of order if we wanted separate bills even…& at the end of lunch she remembered to bring the piece of Bday cake I had called ahead to request & they added a delightful extra touch of decorating the plate with “Happy Birthday”! Our waitress even sang Happy Birthday to my daughter with us:) I didn’t pay the bill so couldn’t see but sure hope the tip reflected such Amazing service!!! The entire staff was very friendly! & the food was Amazingly Delicious! Thanks Again Aiello’s!

We were on the way to Ithaca and we did a pit stop at Aiello’s for a quick bite. Such a friendly and lovely place with great food and service. The best on tap Fiddlehead IPA I have ever had. Cheers 🍻

We are from out of state and saw that they had good reviews. I'm so glad we stopped. We loved the drinks, the food, and the service! Our server Ryan was excellent 👌 We will stop here again when we pick our son up at college. We had an old fashioned and a white sangria - both were very tasty and a good size. We also had Ceasar salad with shrimp, onion soup, chicken saltimboca, tiramasu, a canoli, coffee, ☕ and tea. Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to park our car close by in the parking lot behind the restaurant.

The food is out of this world for starters ! Always fresh with a twist of artistic flavor tied in with classic Italy!. Our server Mikayla was wonderful! Recommended great drink specials and consistently checked in with us. Her attention to detail is never lacking. Literally love it here!! My family's favorite spot <3

I’m here for my birthday lunch. The food is always amazing! I ate the lobster tail before I got a chance to take the picture and drank the margarita. Come here you won’t regret it!

Great experience, the lounge is nice but we wish we'd have eaten in the dining room, it is beautiful. Wonderful service and the food really good to excellent. Can't wait to go back and try the pizza. Owner thanked us on the way out. Pretty sure we heard him speaking in Italian to another patron... It's that kind place.

This is a gem! The restaurant has three dining areas: bar, booths, and a fancy dining room. I didn't expect much when we went in. I was so surprised and pleased when I tasted my fra diavolo. The taste was so sophisticated and marvelous. The flavor of everything was simply amazing. Fries were perfectly cut and seasoned.(not too salty, yay!) Tiramisu was awesome with a sip of espresso. We went to the area for the library road trip, and now we'll plan a return just for the restaurant!!! The temperature of the food was extremely well maintained. For some reason the food stayed warm until we finished it, but no one got burned by the plates. The restrooms are well maintained. When Felicitá was played in the dining area, we all started to sing along. What a wonderful surprise we had!

Aiello's Ristorante was a pleasant experience and a delicious meal!

This review was for a weekend evening between 6 and 8pm. The restaurant was very busy.

We stopped at Aiello's with a large party to kick off the weekend with a friend from out of town. The restaurant did not have a table available for us immediately so there was a bit of a wait, which of course was not an issue for us and of no fault to Aiello's. We were seated about 15 minutes after our arrival.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during this visit, and did not keep us waiting. Our order was taken quickly, drinks were delivered hastily, and salad/bread was delivered soon after. Time from ordering to receiving our entree was between 15-20 minutes, a very reasonable time frame considering the meal included bread and salad first, and considering how busy it was.

The bread here is fantastic! I could eat an entire meal of just the bread, it was delivered hot, fresh and it was incredibly moist.

For my entree I ordered the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. The chicken was hot and juicy, and the breading was crispy and had good flavor.

Overall my trip to Aiello's was very positive. I would recommend giving them a shot if you find yourself in town!

We enjoyed a great meal in the bar area. The atmosphere was lively and friendly. Our bartender was great. Definitely stop for drinks and a meal next time you're through the Whitney Point area!

05/2024 - Hasn't changed. Still good.

Although we did have to wait 30 min passed our reservation. The hostess was incredibly accommodating. Dinner was amazing as usual & Tyler( I hope that was his name!) was superb.
My family looks forward to many more Christmas Eve's at Aiello's!!
PS; Please don't try to put a 300lb man in a booth. It's embarrassing to the person that has to say they can't fit!!
Still deserving of a perfect score!!
Thank you, Charlie & and family, for always remembering us every Christmas

Aiello's Restaurant was a wonderful surprise. We knew we had to try going there after hearing about it at a meeting. We were so happy with the delicious food, the service and the atmosphere. The owner even took the time to speak with us. He made us feel very welcome. Like family. We will definitely return and also for celebrations.

Thank you for a wonderful evening!! ❤❤🙏🙏

Been going for years. We ordered on line, pizza and wings. We got a text that our on-line order was ready. When we got there pur wings were ready but still had to wait 10+minutes for our pizza. Our extra crispy wings weren't so crispy by the time we got home with them. And our pizza order was wrong. Don't get me wrong, their food is good and we'll be going back. Just a couple of things they need to work on.

The food is always delicious. The service is great. We like to sit in the bar area at the high tops and the bar is always full of regulars. Drinks are always delicious. Makayla does a great job coming up with her drink specials. Weekend prime rib special is always perfection. Weekend dinner specials are always creative. Portions are huge. It’s always busy but we still always seem to squeeze ourselves in without a reservation. We usually order two entrees and 4 drinks and our bill is around $100. Entrees come with a side and a salad.

Some places wield a peculiar gravitational force that draws people towards them, and what's most astonishing is that they often remain hidden in plain sight. This narrative, entirely genuine, might seem like the well-worn premise of a horror film—a tale where a couple finds themselves amidst a torrential downpour on a desolate road in the northern reaches of New York State. In the backdrop, Don Henley's voice croons "Hotel California"... "On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair..."

This is how we stumbled upon that peculiar establishment. It wasn't long before we found ourselves seated in a spacious and gracefully adorned dining room within a quintessentially Italian house frozen in time, a relic from six decades past. Its walls bedecked with 19th-century artworks, ancestral family portraits adorning the mantelpiece, and generous jars brimming with olives submerged in fragrant olive oil, among other intriguing curiosities. While awaiting our order, we delved into the narrative of this archetypal Italian immigrant family. Undoubtedly, there stood an imposing altar dedicated to the nonos—the founders of this culinary sanctuary. Through meticulous culinary rituals, they paid daily homage to the authentic flavors and fragrances of distant Sicily.

Sofia, the gracious granddaughter of the Aiellos, attended to us as if we were distinguished guests, all beneath the vigilant gaze of her grandparents' portrait. Thus commenced a magnificent procession—a veritable symphony for the senses. It began with warm, cheese-draped rolls, steam gently wafting upwards. Next arrived a cornucopia of appetizing Eggplant Parmigiana, followed closely by the tantalizing aroma of an authentic Carbonara pasta dish. The procession continued with a luscious tiramisu and a lemoncello cake, whose secret doubtlessly remains securely guarded within this extraordinary establishment. The culinary ceremony concluded with flourish, as we savored a robust and fragrant Italian espresso.

The legacy of the Aiello nonos endures untarnished. These are dishes infused with heart and flavor, their secrets passed down through the generations, just as they were imparted many years ago by the nonna, whose watchful portrait continues to oversee that everything remains as it should be.

I’ll be 70 in 2 months. I’ve enjoyed pizza now for decades. Passing through this little town on our way to Watertown to view the eclipse (clouds allowing), for pizza and a beer. No expectations

Had the absolute best pizza in my life (my wife agrees)

First time here tonight for dinner with my fiance. It was absolutely awesome. From the second we walked in we were promptly greeted by Crystal one of the servers/bartenders. She was extremely nice and very helpful. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Very nice decor and the woodwork is amazing. We sat at the bar. We started with the stuffed mushrooms and a personal pizza. Both absolutely delicious. My lady had the penne vodka with shrimp and I had the chicken parm. Again fabulous. I can't say enough good things. The setting, the staff and all the food was amazing. Highly recommend!

Glad we stopped! The food was delicious, our waitress was the best, and one of the owners even stopped at our table to make sure we were taken care of... great guy! If you get a chance I highly recommend you stop in!
