I had breast reduction surgery on Tuesday at Tish Hospital, and everyone there could not have been more professional and welcoming. They were also professional and put me totally at ease. If you have to go to Hospital, this is certainly an excellent one to be in.

Oh where do I began..My 78 year mom unfortunately had to have Thyroid surgery on Wednesday 9/27/23 . I was scared, nervous, and anxious. This was her first time having surgery. On top of that she suffers with schizophrenia. The staff was beyond awesome. Let me tell y'all my mom adored Dr.Patel. please if ever y'all need a surgeon I promise you he had impeccable patience, bed side manner. Dr.Patel is awesome. The nurses Peter and Clarissa Thank-You
you both for your patience. I am not forgetting Claudette the nurse before surgery. I hope that is your name please forgive me if I made a mistake. . Dr.Patel has an awesome team.NYU thank you all for making my mom's stay comfortable, and most importantly thank you for treating her like a person and special. I can't say Thank-You to everyone enough Thank-You Thank-You Thank-You Celeste

I was born here, kept coming back here whenever I got injured. Best hospital and staff in the world.

Especially during Covid-19 they are very strict. Appointment needed for anything, very sanitized, you actually feel safe.

God bless the staff and team.

My doctors have always been amazing in the OBGYN dept. I gave birth to my son and was in the best care throughout my entire pregnancy, c-section & care after. I would highly recommend. And continue to do regular checkups here!

I had a lumpectomy done by Dr. Guth at Tisch Campus. Very professional doctor and nurses. Best hospital I ever went to. Very clean and well kept and everything was done on time. Hopefully I won't ever need a hospital again but if I do that would be the place I'd go.

I delivered my baby on 11/13/2021. My entire experience was amazing. I arrived on 11/12 as my water broke so was taken into delivery room. It was spacious with private restroom and was very hygienic. I was first welcomed by one of the nurse who handed over my personal hygiene material i.e. tooth brush/ tooth paste/ mouth wash/ lotion etc. later a personal nurse was assigned to me to cater all my needs. She took my history even asked for meal preferences i.e halal or kosher. I was quite impressed about how they want to cater their patients in the most detailed manner.

The nurses kept changing but they were well informed for my details by the previous nurse so I don’t have repeat my self about anything. Since 4:00PM afternoon up-till 8:00AM next morning I saw a total of 3 nurses. Each one of them helped to their maximum capacity till my little angel arrived at 7:39AM. Their services ranged from drips/medicines/massages/guiding through birthing necessities and general talk like literally anything that could provide me any sort of comfort.

In delivery room I was allowed with two support persons of my choice in my case it was my husband and mother . After delivery I was shifted to recovery room which was small and was to be shared with one more family with a curtain as separator. In recovery room I was allowed with one support person. Meals were served three times a day which I could order of my choice via IPad in room.

They have good eating options and food tastes good keeping into account your preferences. The nurses there were also helpful and helped myself in carrying myself independently. In recovery room the restroom was shared by us and the other family. I was served at the comfort of my home. I must say excellent hospital with best staff.

My wife gave birth 2 days ago here.
What an amazing and outstanding staff!
Every single doctor and nurse handled everything with so much care and so detail oriented. Clean rooms, quick response, great communication, and very sensitive to fulfilling every single request.
Thank you so much!

For the nurse Sara .. dont know her last name .. 5 million stars. She just started in May and was the most empathetic nurse there. The doctors though.. well the doctors I had this admission... 0 stars. Below 0. The nurses are the ones doing the most work and fight for their patients when they are in pain. The doctors though... most are not even sympathetic. Also Diana Lapinska who does ultrasounds is great. 550 1st ave NYU

Our toddler was misdiagnosed over 3 months from his Pediatrician January until end of March in 2001 finally another Dr at the practice performed a full blood work reflecting signs of Leukemia In haste at the time we found a world renowned Physician in rare blood 🩸 disorders and child cancers Pediatric Hematologist Oncologist Dr Aaron R Rausen meeting him at NYU Hospital 9 East children's wing during an icy snow storm he had waited for us over several hours driving from Brooklyn into Manhattan with our 4 yr old son severely sick in critical condition
Dr Rausen after several blood transfusions other life saving meds & treatments was truly a living Angel that saved our only child's life at this location admitted almost two long months being diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia He was under his care over 6 years As well following up until his teens with Dr Sharon L Gardner who my wife and I plus family members have had on high pedestal Dr William L Carroll whom we have never ever forgotten his endless life saving hard work to date with a team
Christopher is 26 getting his bachelors degree and now getting his masters degree in health management A bit behind becoming his moms cancer care giver unfortunately last few years on a 4th new treatment with a rare blood disorder that’s not curable
We sent letters to President Biden and StandUpToCancer sharing our story for the first time publicly to please donate in memory of Dr Rausen and continuing helping Dr Carroll & Dr Gardner financial support in your ongoing research saving children's lives🔬🩸💉🙆🏻

This is a good hospital to come to if you can get there on your own or live close by...amazing hospital..clean, great staff, excellent doctors overall, and they move pretty fast with testing. I came in last night with stomach pains and I have kidney disease and heart disease. They did extensive testing and I was not kept their too long despite a system shutdown....overall a nice staff, had three different doctors assess my situation and assure me I was okay (aside from my known problems)...always prefer to come here when I am able to, and I don't even live that close

The doctors and nurses from ER department took excellent care of me
When I walked into hospital. They discover I had enormous blood clots in R lung and approaching heart. I was placed on stretcher taking to CT diagnosis confirmed. Taken for operation and then to ICU. Where excellent care was given and made full recovery.. Thanks for the special care and rapid response, equipment and services of doctors, nurses and staff. I will see another holiday and return to health and wellness

I am very pleased with my delivery experience at NYU Tisch hospital. Nurses and doctors were very nice and attentive to my needs. The delivery room was very comfortable and there was a place for my husband to sleep. Special thanks to Dr Mahino Talib and anesthesiologists. Rooms where I stayed with the newborn were less comfy (shared rooms for two on 13 floor). The nurses there were very caring and always available when I needed them. Nurses showed me how to latch and gave me other valuable advice. Special thanks to nurse Michelle.

Amazing team of endocrine surgeons! Successfully performed a complex surgery without damaging any nerves or surrounding structures. Nurses are compassionate and attentive to your needs. They also call you after your surgery for several days to check up on you, and answer any questions you have!!! I have never felt so cared for -- thank you NYU!

My husband, the love of my life died at your hospital yesterday. It was the worst day of my life.
The staff in Emergency was amazing. The medical, non medical, pastoral staff were all so kind, gentle and caring.
My husband didn't make it but he received amazing care ending with a moment of silence.

On 11/22/2015 i delivered my son at this facility. My stay there was great and all the doctor's and nurses were wonderful. The care i revived from this hospital was exceptional, i got all my needs attended to and in a timely manner. If i was to have another baby i would definitely give birth here again. My nurses on the delivery floor, Anna was the greatest.
.. the only thing is no parking..i think there should have parking for the dads.
