Empire Bagels

Had their Huevos Ranchero breakfast a few times and the breakfast sandwiches. This place never disappoints. They also have great coffee. Overall, great value of the money.

I love this place! I was in the area for work, and it’s an amazing shop. They have great bagels and sandwiches, and also fresh food and vegan dishes. The atmosphere is great and the kids working there are hardworking and sweet. Especially Daniello. Next time I’m in Brewster, I’ll definitely be back

Check the chalkboard for the specials, they are always fantastic! BEST Bagels around! i call in during lunch, it's never been a wait when i come to pickup. Lately ive been calling in for breakfast. I even prefer my coffee there now instead of a regular chain drive-through coffee. Way better! Or if you really need a wakeup boost, get a smoothie, they are amazing!

Amazing place! I always stop here when passing through this area, great breakfast, lunch, snack whatever you want just come in ask! They have great options for vegans/ vegetarians including cakes n stuff and a variety of drinks. Try the smoothies or a fruit bowl it’s amazing! Definitely will be back soon

Delicious smoothies, great salads, and amazing coffee (iced coffee has COFFEE ICE CUBES... incredible). Try a caramel iced latte, a chocolate strawberry protein shake, or the ready-to-go strawberry and mango salad... Those are my fav. Friendly service as well of course!

I really like this place. First of all it’s very clean and all the food is presented in a very appetizing way. Plus it’s delicious, and they really make it nice. Bathrooms are very clean which is a plus. They have a great selection and a super positive attitude. Try the egg everything bagel… Best in Brewster for sure!

Thank God Empire is in Carmel. The other delis in Carmel hamlet go from bad to worse . Empire is famous throughout NY for their homemade bagels but also for their service and wonderful employees. I double that because their Carmel is the best and the manager I believe her name is Ivanka, runs the place like an orchestra leader and everything runs like clockwork- great food on time , excellent customer service and correct orders every single time!

Best bagels you will find in the area - hands down. Super soft inside, chewy outer crust, toppings/seasonings are well distributed and its clear they take a lot of care with their bagel production. On top of that, their breakfast and baked goods are out of this world. Their black and white is the best black and white I've ever had - super soft, awesome flavor, not dry or crumbly at all. The country breakfast on an egg everything bagel is the best thing I've ever had. Anytime I visit home I bring at least a dozen bagels back with me.

I've only been to the Brewster location. Great bagels IMO. Nice to have a bit of NYC in the downstate area. Have a great assortment of hot/cold heroes as well, which you could also do as rolls, wraps, or paninis. Also, you can't go wrong with the tasty assortment of breakfast sandwiches as well.

As I've gotten older, I'm finding it hard to find items that I will eat again. But empire bagel"s chipotle chicken is now on the keeper list, good job.

Now if you REALLY want the best bagels you have to come here! Great tasting bagels, fresh and friendly staff, too. They have tables and chairs both indoors and outdoors. Parking is pretty easy because they’re in the mall with plenty of free shared parking. Highly recommended!

Wow! Place is immaculate and the food is great. I ordered the Vegan turkey club and it is delicious. Honestly, thank you for the food option, as they aren't easy to come by. Best of luck!

SOOOOO much better than Tom Toms. I'll be back. I had their everything bagel, toasted dark, with salmon cream cheese. Apparently I was on a salty kick that day. Regardless, plenty of cream cheese - they didn't skimp. Much better menu, service, personnel and experience compared to what was there before.

This place is amazing! Delicious food, great coffee, friendly staff, and the most incredible coffee cake I’ve ever had. Literally. Try it. Made me feel alive again. Wish I could give a sixth star.
