Limped into town on a wheel bearing that was eating itself after 440K miles. They got me right in, called around until they sourced two fresh ones that could get me back on the road same day, and have me sitting in a nice comfy chair in out of the 20 degree weather. Top notch and customer service oriented which is hard to find these days anywhere. If near Fultonville, NY would 10/10 recommend.

I had to replace shock absorbers and a foot valve. Unfortunately, the parts are on back order. But the mechanic and the owner were so nice. I asked them to at least check if there was any air leak while I was already there. They didn't even want to charge me for that. It's the first time in my life that a mechanic dedicated some time to me and didn't charge me anything.

Halfway into our trip to Boston, our car blew a flat, with all new tires put on the previous day. After getting it replaced by Mavis Tires, 20 minutes later, our tire still continued to go flat. Everywhere else was closed and we called everywhere to find help with our car. Eventually we stumbled upon Riverside Truck repair and road service, and it was 7:30 pm when I called. Thankfully, he was willing to help us with our tire. He immediately identified the problem and figured out the previous tire places had not replaced what they were supposed to. He fixed up our tires and even went to the store to get the right parts all within 2 hours. He was a lifesaver, extremely kind, and even charged a reasonable price. HE IS WORTH IT, GO TO HIM IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE!!! Only trustworthy mechanic I've met thus far.

Ethan spent more than two hours on our truck and unfortunately wasn't able the help us. We appreciate his effort, honesty and professionalism. He refused to take the money and charge us for his time. We are blessed there are still people like him around. This shop will be first to call every time we have a truck with an issue in this area. Thank you Ethan for the effort, advice and diligence.

My engine light came on while on the interstate and Ethan was able to diagnose it over the phone, pick up the parts, and get me back on the road within two hours, on a Sunday. Great guys, highly recommend!

This place is awesome. Ethan and two of his other fellows helped me out when I was in a quick snag. I love working with Mom and Pop shops. They really took care of me. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a great mechanic,my Kenworth T680 had issues with the Def system so as usual I was uneasy so I googled shops nearby my drop of in Fultonville NY and saw a shop that had good star service, I admit I was a bit skeptical being that he has his own shop but was totally surprised at the know how and knowledge of my issue he had, of course with any service it is time consuming but was quite comfortable with a little home feel to it and by the way doesn’t help that you have places to eat nearby Pilot or TA ,if you ever have truck issues near this area look Riverside Truck Repair up for service they also have roadside with trailer parking

Absolutely awesome service. Stopped in with no trailer lights after spending hours attempting to diagnose it myself. These guys had it diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes to get me rolling again. 100% recommend going to these guys before any other shop in the fultonville area.

On Saturday the windshield wipers went out on my car. In two hours they had me back on my way to Wisconsin. Good thing as it rained heavily for several hours. Their price was very reasonable as they had to remove the hood and fender guards just to get at the problem. The two hours included locating it on a Saturday, disassembly, repair and reassembly. The only disappointing thing is they are not located in Wisconsin. 😢

These guys helped me out when no one else was able to. They were able to diagnose the problem and had my truck fixed and back on the road in a couple hours. Appreciate the professional service

These people are the absolute best. We were taken such good care of. They went above and beyond to rescue us in the middle of the night. I don’t recommend anyone more than I recommend them. Good and fair prices as well.

Down the Road from the TA - Good service. I needed something to keep my rig rolling and they didn’t hesitate to help. Hard to find good personable service like this these days!!!

It’s a Sunday afternoon n I had a air leak on my tractor trailer. N my washer fluid motor wasn’t working. N I got right in n no wait. N the other places could get me in. Great service n I’ll def use them again. Not far from the pilot ta. Great people. N very good rate .

It's absolutely one of the best places I have ever dealt with for a repair in upstate NY.
Ethan was great over the phone to deal with he explained to me that if I could get the truck to his shop, I would be a lot better off.
Due to he fact that if he has to drive out on the NY thruway, it is automatically double the price due to the thruway badge, which those rates are set by the state of New York.
So I talked to my driver, and he said that he would be able to make it to Fultonville, NY, so he proceeded to his location where he dropped his trailer.
Ethan and the crew came in around 0730 and got straight to work on the wheel seal and refilling the oil in the axles and double checking the rest of the tractor to make sure no other seals were leaking. He then sent me the bill only charged me for an hour. Never charged me for adding oil or the $12.00 seal. His rates are very fair for his location and the service he provides is top notch. I have found no one having better service in upstate NY. Thank you, and I will use them again.
