We have lived here a couple months of what inspires me to think of this community as a homey campground. Nature at its finest with raccoons, squirrels, deer and many assorted birds surrounded in most spots by overhanging trees which provides much relief from the blazing sun, keeping our electric bill in check.
The best way I can describe my feelings is by relating to Eddie Albert as he sings the modified Green Acres theme song:

"Sing Along"

"Forest Creek is the place to be.
Farm livin' is the life for me.
Land spreadin' out so far and wide
Keep Cincinnati, just give me that countryside."

Interesting how the 3 bad reviews, they can see my porch, see me, and hear me and there is 35 acres here...It is an angry tenant changing names changing the story to make it look worse. The kid on the bike didn't happen it was actually a continuous barking dog. His plumbing problem is his own home, not our responsibility. The other review is his friend/ neighbor. Any place you are looking to live, ask the local sheriff and the board of health to get REAL opinions not from someone who is angry... Thanks..... I want to balance the scales here a little bit and make people understand that when people get mad, they tend to try to get back at people by spreading the news in their own version.
To answer these complaints, I am the Park Manager and have been for 22 years. If I was not doing a good job, I don’t think I would have a job after that long. My park has not been heard about by many because we are not in the news as other neighborhoods. I believe in the right to the peaceful enjoyment of other, safety, and a clean nice place where people can call home and not be afraid.
To reply to Mr. P. complaint, he was warned for 12 month to coat his roof. He refused and dared me to evict him; he said it couldn’t be done. I did and he had to move his home. He is angry.
To answer Mr. F. complaint, He is walking a dog on private property (he is not a tenant here) with a dog that my tenants are not allowed to even have in here because of children and other safety. He is angry as well.
To answer Ms. S. complaint, she is not a tenant either. Her boyfriend was stealing and neglecting his elderly aunt. It was sad what he did to her, but she asks me to get him out of her home and I helped her with a restraining order against him. They are angry.
I will stand up for what is right and I will fix what is wrong to the best of my ability. I am proud of this property and I have a lot of VERY happy tenants who would not move to another property.
Thank you

My grandmother and I have lived in this park going on 3 years. We love the park and management. I've seen a lot of rude and hateful comments about management and none of it is true. Kim has done for my grandma and I all she can do to make sure our home is livable and to get any problems we might have fixed as soon as she possible can. People do have to take into consideration that when you go to this mobile home park you aren't going and renting these mobile homes.. You are purchasing.. Management and this park doesn't do rental property's. When you purchase a mobile home you are required to inspect your home and make sure there is no problems. If you end up having a problem after so long it's not management or the parks responsibility. It becomes your own problem because it's your home. You are purchasing the mobile home so if you have a problem you must fix it.. It's not like when you rent, things get fixed. you are purchasing this home for you to eventually own it. So, if something goes wrong it's your responsibility to fix it. I just purchased another mobile home in this park because I believe that it is a great place to live and I know how the park is managed and I know I am in good hands. I give this park and management 5 stars!!

I lived here for a few years and now my son does. They keep it clean and no rowdy people or kids. They keep the roads repaired . Nice and quiet place to live.
