Feet First Shoes and Pedorthics

I have had problems with my feet for as long as l can remember. The pain has been excruciating for so many years. I recently have been diagnosed with neuropathy which makes it that more painful. I have spent literally thousands upon thousands of dollars trying to find shoes/sneakers that are comfortable. Until l was lucky enough to chose Feet First for my custom made sneakers.
As soon as Shawn had me try them on, l literally felt like l was walking on clouds! A feeling l have never felt wearing shoes! I want to thank Shawn and the professionals that customized my sneakers!
You have both managed to take away my foot pain like never before!

Shawn is hands down the Best in her Craft. She's spot on with what she's done for me over the past year and I appreciate her compassion and honesty the most. She's done several modifications to my walking boot to assist in off loading the pressure around the wound I'm dealing with on the bottom of my left foot.

Very pleased. Store Manager Brian assessed my walk/gimp (I'm 82) and recommended a sneaker (that's what I now always wear) that would provide more stability. He contracted me when it arrived. Associate Shawn made some insert adjustments. Great service and friendly professionals.

Highly recommend! I've been going to Feet First for years for various things - They're very knowledgeable and helpful, carry things that are difficult to find anywhere else, have done a great job on a couple repairs for me, and never try to talk me into anything that I don't need.

What a great place to go for shoes, especially if you have issues with fit, etc. Well made shoes . Staff is great, very well informed, and took the time to carefully measure my shoe size and width. Especially important since my feet are different sizes. I highly recommend them. Expect to pay a little more, but you get high quality shoes and service.

Not sure what the person below me’s problem is. Sounds like a plug for a different store... Of course which they mentioned twice. I’ve bought 3 pairs of various shoes and have never had an issue. They are very attentive and patient. I have edema so they were able to give me some options. I’ll certainly go back!

Had custom orthotics made by Tom after months of issues with plantar fasciitis and posterior tibial tendonitis. I had been sidelined from walking any distance for over 6 months and it was incredibly frustrating! Happy to say that I walked over 7 miles yesterday and did the same a few times last week. Zero problems with my foot! I am incredibly happy and will be purchasing a second pair when I get back into town.

Very professional and friendly staff. Helped me with an issue with my brace and helped me to get the right pair of shoes to fit my brace. They added inserts to the other shoe to help with the fit. Great place and nice selection of shoes for those who have special needs and those that just want a nice fitting comfortable shoe. I have gone there for years and will continue to do so.

Cannot recommend this store highly enough! The people who run this store are not salesmen, they are CRAFTSMEN and EXPERTS. If, for whatever reason, you have feet that give you trouble, GO TO THIS STORE! They sell shoes, they can MAKE shoes. They sell orthotics, they MAKE orthotics from your doctor's prescription. They can also do run-of-the-mill kinds of things like put new soles and heels on your shoes. They don't have the vast stock a mall store might have, but, honestly, in this case, I'll take quality over quantity for sure!

Tom at Feet First was wonderful to work with! He was responsive and professional while working with me, as well as my medical provider. They were knowledgable, and I am grateful for the extremely positive experience we had with Tom and staff!

Feet first made in my opinion an "impossible repair" to my husband's boot. It came out amazing, they are shoe magicians! They also were professional and have a nice selection of shoes for all.

Customized fit and a high level of attention to detail. Is what I need and receive at Feet first. For my back and body to feel good my feet must have the correct support and cushion. I am tough to fit and tired of wasting time and money on cheap shoes that don't really fit and support my body correctly.

Excellent!! Tom fitted me perfectly. I have been through many different brands of work out sneakers over the past serveral months. One visit with him and my pain is gone!!
