Excellent customer service by driver Tom Fry working out of the Wichita,Ks terminal.I had not anticipated my freight to be delivered so soon andneglected to carry my phone with me.Inspite of me being unavailable to unload Tom made sure my freight was carefully unloaded and placed in a secure area.This service was above and beyond his normal duty.I am very appreciative of Tom’s handling of this situation.Sincerely,Peter O’Donoghue
