Was out of town and had brake issues. Called them up and they took car right in. Fixed in less than two hours. Spent way less than anticipated. A+ service. Highly recommended.

We got a flat tire when in Salamanca and put the donut on ourselves at the Casino Hotel. The next morning we had a 75 mile drive back home. We were recommended to Urban Auto center to see if they could repair the tire. We stopped unannounced at 9 am and by 9:15 we were on our way with a plugged tire. Service and price was fantastic. Traveling to Alleghany my battery light went on. Needed a new battery and alternator. Adam was super busy but took matters into his own hands and replaced it himself and still answered phones and waiting on customer s . Fantastic service!
