By The Sea Cafe

This place is a hidden gem. The food was amazing, the omelette was tasty and full of flavor, their pancakes were light and fluffy and their hash brown was crunchy and not oily at all. The service was great and Amy was super nice and friendly. They offer a breakfast and a lunch menu which is perfect a visitor dropping by any time. Great place.

Lovely cafe with outdoor seating by the sea. Very attentive and kind server. A lovely lady from Boston whose name we neglected to get.
I had the excellent bacon cheeseburger with home fries, ( kind of like a potato pancake), and Bob got the cheesesteak. He loved his, too. Prices were right, friendly service and perfect atmosphere on a lazy Saturday.

One of my favorites for breakfast! Quaint little mom and pop cafe serving up huge delicious breakfast plates with a friendly smile. Sit inside or outside. Sun shades available outside. The view is pure bliss. Definitely a must go when you’re in Flagler Beach.

Beachfront, outdoor seating, excellent patty melt, delicious omelettes, great service. What’s more to like? Our server, Amy, was one of the best we have had in a long time. Go with her recommendations if you don’t know what to get!

By the Sea Cafe is the cutest beach cafe! We stopped by Sunday around noon while down here for a wedding. Denise gave us the warmest greeting and let us choose where we wanted to sit. She took our drink order and left us to look over the menu. There is a good amount of food to choose from. We decided breakfast today.

I got the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes with a side of bacon. Everything was amazing and the pancakes are huge! I couldn’t finish all of them.

My bf got the Ocean City Special. He swapped the pancakes for french toast. He got two scrambled eggs with cheese, grits with cheese and bacon. He said it was tremendous.

We also split a piece of homemade pumpkin pie which was delicious!

We will definitely be coming back here to try their lunch and new dinner menu.

You can’t beat the view of the ocean!

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat before heading back north. The food was great, and so was the service! It's a great place to have a solid breakfast outside in the ocean air.

Great place to have a solid breakfast outside in the ocean air. Big, fluffy pancakes, good veggie omelet. Best of all, the exceptionally friendly staff, including our favorite waitress ever: Amy. What could be better than a healthy meal outside served by friendly folks?

One of the best omelettes I have ever had. Just picked up my order, but had to wait a few minutes, and got to take a look around. Small but clean inside with a back area to sit in also. I will be ordering tomorrow as well.

Just like you are at home! Celebrated my husband’s birthday brunch! So comfy! Excellent staff! Amy, you absolutely rock! The food here is delicious!!!! Come visit! Bring your family and friends! It won’t be your only visit! Nice view of the beach! We’re hooked!

Came all the way from Indiana for Daytona Bike Week 2021. Stopped by this place while cruzing the beautiful A1A to grab some fish taco's and a strawberry margarine. Absolutely the best service and sea food in the state of Florida. And the waitresses are very beautiful also! 😉

We just had lunch there and it was delicious. I had the baby back ribs and the tres leches cake. That cake was gone in seconds. Will definitely be going back.

We found this cute little place and it was wonderful! Overlooking the ocean, our server was friendly, efficient and very helpful. ( we bought a home here , was looking for a nautical mailbox and upon her recommendation we went to the Daytona flea market and found it!) The food is very good and very reasonable. We will be back!!

Had a good breakfast, eggs perfect, sausage gravy was delicious, biscuits were soft and tasty. Nice selection of seats in and out. Dog friendly. Amy was great!

I believe this sweet little spot is highly overlooked.
The staff is amazing and the food is delicious! Its small and quaint charm screams “Mayberry by the Sea”.
Treat yourself to breakfast or lunch while gazing at the ocean. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect hash browns the way I like them, flattened and on the crispy side, also with onions and peppers if wanted. Amy keeps the place well managed so I always tip her extra. Beautiful view of the ocean.
