My wife's wedding band and engagement ring had to be cut off of her last year. The pieces have been siting in a safe for the whole year. I too needed to get my wedding band expanded as it did not fit my finger anymore. I was considering taking it back to where I bought them but I talked with the helpful employees at Jewels instead. They did such a fantastic job. Now we can finally wear our rings again to show the world our love. The price was reasonable and the quality was amazing.

TOP NOTCH!! Went for new batteries for two watches, cost $20, the guy did it in less than 5 minutes, and even set the time for me. Excellent, friendly customer service. Checked out their other stuff, pricing seemed very reasonable. This is my new jewelry store for future purchases.

Jake is a really good guy! I just brought him a sterling silver ring which wasn't anything fantasy or worth very much but he still went above and beyond to help me out and gave me a fair deal on it. Best prices around I highly recommend them.

I have done business at Jewel’s for years. Always a good experience! Recently I had a ring that held a great sentimental value repaired there. I had been hesitant to leave this just anywhere. My good relationship with all the people at this store calmed my fears. Just got the ruby diamond ring back. Let me say it was done beautifully. Nick personally took time to go over the reconstruction of the ring from the time I walked in with it, giving me advice and ballpark price, until it was completed. I am very pleased. Been buying here since 03 when I got two pairs of bamboo earrings I sold for triple (now wish I kept). Got two clasps fixed, a bracelet fixed, and charms put on a bracelet for $20. Eyeballed a pair of earrings I wanted and saw them on their online auction and won a huge pair of gold hoops for $235! And another pair for $155. Can’t beat the deals. Got about $1,000 worth of earrings for under $400. Their stuff lasts forever and have gurantee. Mike is wonderful.

Have taken things to half a dozen other "jewelry dealers" in the region. You know who they are.... They cannot hold a candle to Jewels. I hope they are able to remain in the Mall because volume means better business for us all. Their store on Altamont Ave. is grand, but the Mall store has folks coming by all the time. They are the anchor store in our opinion.

I went to 3 different places trying to sell some of my broken gold and silver necklaces and silver coins, jewels by far gave me the best cash offer. I even found the matching Jane Seymour hearts earring collection for half the price. You guys rock!! I'll be back for my holiday shopping.
