Golden Dragon

This place is by far my new favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is so much more elevated than your typical chinese food takeout. I’m particularly obsessed with the rice bowls, but plan to try many more dishes in the future. Amazing job and super friendly staff. Andddd that deliver!

Highly recommend the spare rib tips. They are slightly charred and a blend of savory, and sweet. Beef Szechuan is actually spicy which I never can find at restaurants in Sullivan co. Fried pork dumplings are full of flavor and wonderfully chewy. My favorite Chinese food in the area!!

This is best for pick up because not much of a dining room. The place is very clean. Service is really good; always with a great smile. I have only ordered the General Tso Chicken combo plate, my teenagers and don't get tired of it. We really love their fried rice, too. Get the spring roll with your combo instead of the egg roll or whatever the default side item provide... The spring rolls are delish and they NEVER make it home. The only reason my teenagers come with me to pick it up is to eat spring rolls on the way home.

Golden Dragon is an absolute gem in the heart of Liberty! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered a wide variety of traditional Chinese dishes, and everything we ordered was bursting with flavor and freshness.

The General Tso's chicken was perfectly crispy and coated in a tangy, yet slightly sweet sauce that left me craving more. The vegetable lo mein was loaded with colorful, crunchy vegetables and the noodles were cooked just right.

The service was quick. I can't wait to return to Golden Dragon and explore even more of their delectable offerings. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!"

First timers..phone in to take out. Huge portions , very fresh ...possibly the best shrimp toast I've ever eaten. Leftovers tomorrow!

Great owners! Fantastic food, guaranteed to please. The sesame cold noodle salad was great! We had several other dishes that were amazing, but ate too fast for pictures! 😂

Above average food for a normal Chinese food place. They handled our large order quickly and accurately. They also went above and beyond communicating with us about our order... this will be our new spot for Chinese takeout!

Amazing food!! We just moved to the area and were looking for our new spot and we found it at Golden Dragon. We tried the pork buns, boiled pork dumplings, beef teriyaki, General Tsao's chicken, roast pork lo mein, and sweet and sour chicken. It was delicious and the couple running it were very kind. We will be back for more!!

Golden Dragon is definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area and probably my favorite place to order takeout from in general. The owners are incredibly sweet and the food has always been tasty. There are two tables so you can eat in, and there are usually people doing so at lunch, but it's mostly takeout.

The food is slightly different from what every other Chinese takeout nearby (and in most of the upstate I've tried) serves, so don't go in expecting an exact carbon copy of everything else around, but that's also part of what makes it special. My disclaimer is I'm not a New York native so have found other Chinese takeouts around to be rather disappointing and pretty much all the same - we call them "adequate for cravings" but generally a little disappointing and unsatisfying, so rarely go back to the same one twice. But I'm always happy to grab some food from Golden Dragon when I'm anywhere near Liberty, as it ticks almost all the boxes for me.

Best Chinese food around! The food taste fresh and is full of flavor! The gentleman that runs the business is very nice and goes above and beyond!

Family and I were in town for the weekend and exploring the town. Stopped in this place on a whim and was pleasantly surprised at quality and taste. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys classic American-Chinese food.

Just moved to the area and ordered from here tonight for the first time customer service was AMAZING !! FOOD is DELICIOUS 🤤 full of flavor not dry amazing definitely will be ordering again ! Best Chinese please in Sullivan county ! Owner and workers are very sweet too !

Been ordering there for like 20 years, ever since they opened, they make great Tex-Mex food as well as Chinese, if you're looking for authentic mexican go to the place right up from them, but for tex-mex golden dragon is the best around
