A1A Ocean Club

Cracks me up the people giving 2-3 stars because of a TV issue or some other totally insignificant matter. Lol go to Flagler Beach to watch TV do ya?.!!?! Lol, not me; I'm at Flagler for 3 things: the beach, the beach, and THE BEACH!!! A1A location is key, Flagler is an exceptional community and A1A Ocean Club got me reservations, checked-in, and confirmed all in literally 5mins. You can't beat that! Not having a pool sucks, but you know that when you book it, so don't complain. Parking is directly behind unit, no issues. Room A/C is plenty powerful and 🥶 cold! Bed is fine. LOL these people complaining are hilarious. Look, if you want a clean place on/next to the beach, don't hesitate with this place. It's clean, market-priced, and convenient.

I grew up near Flagler Beach and wanted to visit for my birthday weekend. My two criteria for a hotel were: dog-friendly and on the beach. The 2-star rating for this hotel made me and my husband a little nervous, but our options for a last-minute booking were limited.

We were SO IMPRESSED by this place. We loved the homey feeling of a small establishment and the fact that you exit your room onto a large covered patio facing the ocean, just a few feet away. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy (my hubs wanted to steal the pillows!), they provided all the typical amenities (mini fridge, microwave, toiletries, towels, coffee maker, coffee, etc), and someone was always on-site and willing to assist with any needs.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this ‘unsuspecting gem!’ It will be our top choice from now on when we travel back that way.

What a great find. This place is clean, cozy and quaint. The rooms and property are spotless. Beds are cozy. The a/c units in the room work very well. Right across from the beach with there own private viewing deck. There are beach access stairs just to the North of the viewing deck. A great courtyard area to sit back and relax in the shade. Viktoria was very nice and helpful. We also met the housekeeper who was super sweet. Sadly we were only there for one night. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay.

Incredibly clean and very nice, hospitable owners. They checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. The quaint, charming motel has an unobstructed view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Also, it’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops & the pier. We loved everything & can’t wait to return!

We had seen this place on our last visit, and thought it looked kitschy and cute. We decided to give it a try, and couldn't be more pleased. The room was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a little too cold this trip to take advantage of the great outdoor seating area, but we'll be back when it's warmer. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay! They have done an excellent job of updating an old “motor lodge” motel, and it’s quite nice having charm and character in a property, as opposed to the cookie cutter hotels they slap in everywhere. Opening the door to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean is pretty hard to beat, too. There is a covered area over the courtyard that is a great place to spend time, and having a charger available for our electric car was icing on the cake.

The owners couldn’t be nicer, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s just a beautiful place to be. Well done!

Being a licensed real estate broker, in the real estate and property management business for years and owning a professional cleaning company-I have very high standards. My family used to live in Flagler Beach, always said we would recommend A1A Ocean Club to family that came into town. We sold our home and left Flagler Beach this past Fall so family never had an opportunity to stay here. My husband, our fur baby and I came to town for the weekend to visit friends. We were pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness, updated furniture and decor and the comfortable and welcoming feeling that we felt upon arrival. From booking our reservation over the phone with Viktoriia and meeting Shontay (housekeeping) there was complete professionalism and a pleasant customer service experience. We already shared our positive experience with locals (for when they have the need for family/friends), we will continue to pass on this information and we look forward to staying during our next trip back to town.

This was our 2nd stay here. I can’t recommend this little motel enough. Sparkling clean rooms, amazing hosts/owner ( who is very accommodating no matter the request), awesome big porch with seating and fans, deck on the beach for guests. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance as well. It’s one of our favorite getaways.

My husband and I pulled our bike over for a last minute stop and found this gem. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the water pressure is great. We would definitely stop here again.

Perfect motel in the beautiful beachfront area Flagler Beach Florida. Many restaurants around and International Food store. I can recommend this place this place.

I've just checked into this motel for a one night stay. I'm traveling for business and the options were limited, but because of the phenomenal reviews I decided to book my first motel ever. Wow. This place is an amazing bang for the buck. Strong free wifi, clean updated rooms, comfy bed, adorable lounge area outside with chill music and close to all sorts of restaurant options. After coming from a Sheraton last night that was double the price and turned out to be incredibly disappointing, this place is a breath of fresh air. The only dislike is the gravel parking lot, but that's truly not a big deal. Customer service is also fast to respond via text. Received a response within a minute.

It was just right. You get what you paid for and some more little benefits like the modern fireplace on the property or beautiful private deck with an ocean view. Super quiet and chill, perfect place to escape from daily routine. Really cozy. And the bar is also excellent. Never seen Coffee machines like here. Coffee is better than Starbucks for sure and cocktails taste good.

Went during the off season and it was like having our own private beach house with porch. Cross the street to enjoy the beach then hose off on the deck and relax in a swing. Very quiet and peaceful. Only complaint was that the mattress was the 'extreme support' variety which killed my back, but I could have easily set up my sleeping hammock on the pillars in front of our room if I'd brought it.
Best part? No kids, no loud people, no partiers. Just peace and quiet.,

Spectacular in every way!! Oleg, VIctoria, and Shantae are wonderful hosts! The hotel is very clean! Great view of the ocean from the Pavillion. Tables, chairs, and bench swing! Very charming, very worth it! My wife and I will definitely go again!

What a great find. A1A Ocean club is clean , nicely decorated and comfortable room. Outside area was very nice with fire pit and chairs to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Road construction will be complete soon and really did not affect out stay. We will stay there again. Owners are great and it shows they really love this place.

We discovered this motel on our way down to Florida - from Montreal. We needed to recharge our car and they had a power outlet. We're very happy we found them. It was very clean and an all around very nice place. They are located right on the beach and have a large patio with nice chairs. Unfortunately we did not stay long enough to enjoy all of that but we will be back!

I read the bad reviews, and like most I was skeptical. But this place is GREAT!! Super clean, across the street from the ocean, really cool front patio. Live music from the hang ten restaurant until 10 p.m. I'll definitely stay again!!

Had an amazing little weekend getaway! Perfect location.....very quiet atmosphere to relax and recharge. Extremely clean, modern and very dog friendly. Parker approved and had a perfect doggie vacation too!

The most incredible honeymoon spot...couldn't have chosen a better location. Just what we needed for our much needed get away. It's a quiet and private beach front motel. And the manager, Rusty, added so much personality and hospitality. Takes you back to what vacationing was like in the late 50's. Nothing over done...everything was just right. We will be back each year to celebrate our anniversary here.

Another very nice stay at A1A Ocean Club. I was back in the area and since we had a nice stay the 1st time, decided to stay again. Viktoria and Oleg have demonstrated their commitment to this business. The rooms are updated , comfortable, and very very clean.
The grounds are well kept and very relaxing. View to the ocean is remarkable. When we are back in the area again, this will be our go to place.
