Left them a voicemail and received a call back the same day! I’ve contacted multiple companies for my service inquiry via email and voicemail and so far they are the only people who have gotten back to me which I really appreciate. Unfortunately they couldn’t assist with me with my service just because it’s not really what they do, but they didn’t leave me hanging and referred me to another business who was able to help me. Definitely went above and beyond with customer service !!

Called Mike and Joanne looking for “blanks” of a certain brand of t-shirt. Mike was very knowledgeable! Both Mike and Joanne were trying to help me find what I was looking for even if they weren’t going to make the sale! Mike and Joanne have my business in any service they offer. I know I will be treated fairly and honestly!!

I was looking for a gift for a friend who recently had a baby and thought it would be fun to give my friend a onesie for their baby that said something like, "I'm the newest addition to my family!"
Most companies have a minimum order (which is understandable) and I only needed printing on one item. Mike was extremely helpful. Although his company has a minimum order (so his company could not do the printing) he referred me to another company that was able to help me with a baby gift for my friend. Often, companies do not take the time, care, and concern to go out of their way to help someone if they cannot sell you something. Mike's company is different. Even though his company could not do the printing for me, he referred me to a company that could help. I highly recommend this company for your printing needs. This is the type of company that tries to help their customers.

After another company failed to communicate, I reached out to Mike at Sunburst Logo with a tall ask - I needed 75 shirts on a very short deadline and I was picky about the design. Mike didn’t disappoint! He jumped right on the design, communicated with me the entire way through it, and pushed to meet the deadline. The shirts turned out great! He’ll definitely be getting my business again. Highly recommend!

While Mike wasn’t able to help me with my particular order request, he went out of his way to help me find a company who could. That speaks volumes to me on how he runs his business and cares for his customers. I will definitely use this business in the future should the need arise.
