This Verizon is probably the best in the Hudson Valley. It is the first time I walked into a store and felt comfortable - ALL BECAUSE of Christian T.! He was very helpful! My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones and Apple Watches. We even reviewed our current plan and were able to bundle our Netflix and Disney account to save money. I was so pleased that I decided to apply for the Verizon credit card as well. Very glad I did! His level of expertise and customer service is that of a corporate level! Thank you

Rachelle helped me with upgrading my plan and getting a new phone. I'm a very tough sell and skeptical shopper in general, and she patiently addressed my questions and courteously gave me the time I needed to process my options. I'm very thankful that she was there to help that day!

The service was awesomein this store. Devin was very patience, professional and helped with my phones. He was able to switch my phone info into my new phone. They were also Maddie and Rachel who is the manager were also available to help. I would recommend this store.

Devon was amazing, friendly, and multitasker! He fixed my phone while he had another customer on the their phone calling their spouse for a code. I was in and out in less than 3minutes! This location is lucky to have him, and it helps he is very friendly! Job well done! Thank you Devon for saving the day!

Iain and Rachel are simply the best two staff at a store I've encountered. They both helped me and my family purchasing phones and took the time to examine and explain our bill.

I will not deal with any other store only these two individuals, they probably do not get the credit they deserve.

Amazing service, I came in 20 minutes before closing time and was helped after being turn a way from another Verizon store(not a Russell retailer store I may add.) I was in awe how Richard was so patient. How he answered my questions after questions. Also was knowledgeable about the phone I was upgrading to. He showed me how to use the phone. A little quick lesson. Lord knows I needed that. Also I made a good decision not leaving the store without a case. Thank you so much for Helping me and while maintaining Government standards of wearing his mask.

Schuyler was super patient and walked my family through setting up 4 Iphones and two apple watches. All of this after helping me to get out of my sprint contract and getting me set up with a Verizon account. I don’t think his service or attitude could have been any better. Tremendously good experience and I would recommend dealing with him!

Richard greeted me with a hello and a smile. I appreciate being acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I was in a panic because my daughter’s wedding pictures from a few weeks ago disappeared along will ALL MY PHOTOS. I explained my budget and needs, and he matched me to the perfect phone and needed protective case... I drop my phone constantly! Very professional and did not take long at all. He also retrieved ALL MY PHOTOS and explained everything new to me. Very professional and a great experience for the first time. You really must visit this Verizon Store in Hopewell!!

Very friendly and very helpful in helping me with all my tablet issues. Take their time to spend with you and never rush you to take care of another customer. They delicate and work as a team to ensure everyone is getting help in a timely manor. They go above and beyond I worked with Rachel. I highly recommend this place.

Rachel was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I had a great experience purchasing my new phone. She took her time and made sure that I understood everything, even when it was time for her to go home.

Richard and Iain had the upmost patience and spectacular customer service. I had a serious technical issue that I would have not been able to figure out alone, and they took the time to sit with me and figure it out. They both are extremely knowledgeable. They made me feel like my situation mattered and didn’t push me off like some other local Verizon stores have done in the past! 5 STARS for these two men!

I dealt with Ritesh regarding an insurance claim a few weeks ago. Him and the staff were very helpful in getting me set up with a new phone. I was in and out and was even there until after they closed but they stayed and helped me out. highly recommend this store to anyone over anyone in the area.

I have been going to them for the past year and they are always helpful and very pleasant to work with. They are very knowledgeable and they make you feel real comfortable when they are helping you. I enjoy working with them.
They always figure out and fix and go above and beyond to ensure you satisfied with your visit

Angelique was great! She’s such a doll. My upgrade was extremely easy to do with her and the manager (who I think was name Schuyler). Best Verizon experience I’ve had since being with Verizon.

IAIN was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient with all our questions and answered them fully. We had a few devices we had to upgrade and he made it a wonderful experience. We were very happy and would highly recommend IAIN and the store.

i just know one thing.everybody is not same.and you can not make every customer happy. my personal experience is they are the best sales rep i ever seen in my life.i buy all my phone from this store all the time .once i had an experience going to the corporate store on route 9 in fish-kill and that was the worst experience in my life i had to wait for hours and when it was my turn they were very rood and did not answer my questions correctly..and after that i asked them to hook up my car with the Bluetooth of my phone and they refused to do so...and i came back to this store because my friend recommended me.and they help me without buying anything and they transferred my stuff from old phone to new phone without any charge.from that day on wards i decided never to go anywhere except this store.they are the best love to go over there.

Walked in, had a phone selected in 3 minutes. Rachel setup the new phone in 5 minutes. The Store had great tunes going and it was also very clean. I May go back for those awesome headphones today.

Richard and his team are very helpful and professional. They help my wife and me fixing the phone locking problem. They also remembered us when we got there second time. They are my favourite for sure.
