Absolutely perfect! Thank you! My partner and I enjoyed every hour of our 6 night stay! Certainly one of the very best hotels in the world. The upgrade, as it was Mark's birthday, was so appreciated by us both and the surprise cake was a lovely touch-and delicious!

Wonderful customer service, beautiful hotel with gorgeous views, and incredible spa services. Everyone is very attentive and goes out of their way to make you feel well taken care of. We cannot wait to return for our next staycation. Thank you so much! We needed this relaxing recharge!

The Mandarin Oriental Team went above and beyond, making our stay a memorable one. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. The hotel's prime location made exploring Manhattan effortless. From the bellman, front desk, housekeeping, and concierge this hotel exceeded our expectations. Concierge took care of all our dining reservations, horse drawn carriage ride through central park, we wanted for nothing!! All the rooms have windows from the floor to the ceiling, the views were spectacular especially at night, wow we could see the entire city from all the windows. A special compliment to Andres, director of Guest Relations, who made our stay especially wonderful with personal service, he is professional and polished as the entire Mandarin Oriental Team. If there was an option for 10 star, this would be our rating!!

This was our second time at a Mandarin Oriental property and we were absolutely delighted with our stay.

From the moment we checked in everyone was super welcoming and made us feel at home. The views from our Hudson River Suite on the 48th floor were breathtaking, especially at golden hour and once the lights came up at night 😍

Breakfast was equally delicious and with a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend you to have at least one breakfast in the room as it’s not everyday that you can have breakfast while enjoying the views over NYC, truly a remarkable experience during our stay!

The location is perfect, right in front of Central Park and just a few minutes walking away from the iconic Times Square.

There’s also a mall right below the property which is very convenient since you don’t even need to leave the building to access it.

We will return one day for sure 🙏🏼

Wonderful hotel! Me and my family spent the Martin Luther King Jr holiday weekend here, and we had a great time. Everything is perfect! The rooms were spotless, and there was very polite staff; the restaurant had great food, and the rooms had incredible views. Not to mention the phenomenal service, both in room and out. I genuinely recommend coming here.

Spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The valet parking was quick and efficient. Upon checking in, our room was not ready yet, but the front desk accommodated us with a room on the top floor that had a great view. We had time to enjoy a meal at the MO lounge. The crispy tofu salad was divine. My husband said his steak was one of the best he's had, on par with O Cellier at Epcot. The room was beautiful, and the bathroom was exquisite. Our tween said the roller bed was very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was kind and gracious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience at the Mandarin Oriental! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me and helped me find my way. Fantastic food, clean and spacious rooms, gorgeous spa (shoutout to Ashley and the incredible staff there!), comprehensive gym (with delicious fruit infused waters), and so much more. One of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at - I’ll definitely be back!!

Mandarin Oriental Hotel delivered an exceptional experience! The service was top-notch, though securing a reservation for the restaurant was essential. The atmosphere was enchanting, and the meal surprisingly affordable given the luxurious setting. The captivating views elevated the dining experience, making it a perfect blend of elegance and value.

An extremely comfortable matter of fact hotel. Used to be luxury at one point. Barely scrapping though is a better description now. Service can be snooty bordering on 'as is' ; especially requiring an attitude check.

One of the top hotel in Manhattan! I have visited new york a few times but the mandarin stands out from their competitors!

Parking? No problem as they offer valet service. Just remember maybe to call them before you go get your car if you dont want to wait 10 minutes

Room? We had a premium suite on the 42nd and wow… impeccable view. The room was very clean! And to ace this, They greeted us with a dish of cute macarons and wine! They also provided us with alot of still and sparkling water! The toilet were also packed with luxurious soap and lotion!

Service! A+++ 6 star on 5. I left my phone in my car and they brought it back to my room even after they valet my car. Another plus! As soon you arrive, they add you on whatsapp which make the service even more impressive. We overslept and the cleaning lady was nice enough to wait for us to wake up to come back to clean!

Special thank you to Garrett, on check-in on Jan 12th I was a little early yet he informed the room was ready (was around `10:30am). He also was able to assist me in staying an extra night in the same room as same rate. I understood it would be no negative reflection on Mandarin if that could not be accommodated (was literally last minute request). Very pleased he checked and it worked out, for everyone. Garrett informed he is a training assistant manager, I think. Whatever the case, his demeanor was very gracious, well spoken and inviting. He is a great asset, I give him high review for his professionalism and friendliness.

A shout out to Wendy who brought me chocolates, water, ice, a soft cloth and a bed side floor mat in the mid evening timeframe. She was so friendly, kind and courteous. She deserves a mention from "Mr. Aman" or "Mr. AJ."

The service was Excellent. I stayed in premier central park king. I'm going to try Hudson river suite next time, which is in March.

The room-service is very convenient and a good variety. The hours are unparalleled. I did not eat at the restaurant, yet I did have drinks. The view is Amazing. Would wish for perhaps a little more variety on overall menu, yet only reason I did not eat at the restaurant is because I went out for sushi both nights. I did order room service both nights... and was not disappointed in the least.

I highly recommend Mandarin Oriental New York and can't wait to return. Great location too!

Had an incredible stay, the view from the room was a dream and staff at the front desk were amazing, Yarisol and Robin were so nice with us and took good care of us. Thanks for everything and looking forward to coming back very soon !

My Stay @ the Mandarin was exceptional due to many reasons, the main reason was the service and attention I received from a select few employees, Tippy from the front desk check in made the difference in our overall enjoyment and was very sweet and helpful ! Ken assisted us with a minor situation and resolved our issue with efficiency and understanding, last but not least Phillip was amazing and helped with locations around the city every time we enter and leave the hotel and was super friendly which made us happy when we would come in and out!! Highly recommend this location👍🙏

I stayed in this Hotel for a week with my husband and my dog.

Since Mandarin is two blocks away from Central Park, I went over there every day to walk in the morning.

The high quality of service is exceptional since the moment I made the reservation online.

There is one reception on the first floor, but the main lobby is on the 35th.

They are not only dog friendly, they also gave to my dog and red velvet comfortable bed with two ceramic bowls.
I was in a high floor and the view was great.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean and impecable.
There is a mall (Columbus) next door which is very convenience if you don't have too much time to shop in the City, also with bars and restaurants.

I recommend to try the spa which is also nice.

I took the breakfast every morning and was good.
My only suggestion that I can give to the Hotel is to open back the big restaurant.

For whoever is planing a big event the salon here is a great option, I saw a very glamorous party during my stay.

I am very grateful to all the staff for the lovely service.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4. We requested adjoining rooms since we have two small kids and they were able to fulfill the request. Two twin beds for the kids was great and I requested bed rails so my daughter wouldn’t roll off. The amenities were great including a very nice pool and they had some noodles and balls for the kids to play with. They had slippers for the kids in the room and kids sized robes. The service at the hotel is exceptional. The housekeeper accidentally took my personal facecloth that I had placed on my vanity bag (to avoid being taken with hotel towels). I called housekeeping immediately and they were very apologetic and by the second day, a staff remarkably found my beloved plush cloth. I was so happy. My kids really enjoyed their stay here as did we. I do wish there was a fridge that we could use in the room given how hot the summer in Manhattan is, to keep cool drinks. Location is great too and the hotel was super clean.

The Mandarin Oriental, along with the St. Regis and Peninsula are my three favorite hotels in New York City. Family has stayed at this MO atleast a half a dozen times, but we've been here on many occasions as well for spa visits, afternoon tea, dinner at the former restaurant, drinks at the bar, and even for an event in their ballroom. You can't beat the location which is within the heart of Columbus Circle, right on the edge of Central Park. Also, this hotel is attached to a shopping mall that has a number of great restaurants inside. All things considered, this Mandarin Oriental is probably the best hotel to stay at while visiting NYC.

A great house which fulfills every wish.
Starting as soon as you enter the house at the door to the reception, the service of the staff and the impressive rooms just outstanding. We loved it and had an great time ❤.

We are already looking forward to our next visit and can only recommend this great house with the service and loving staff.
