Northville 5 & 10

BEST. PLACE. EVER! talk about customer service orientated. It is a very quaint store, with a lot of items, and candies. I looked around the entire 1st floor (there were more floors, but my handicapped brother did not want to use the chair climber they had). My brother was waxing nostalgic over the old time candies he saw, he never left the candy and fudge display case at the front of the store.
Very polite, very friendly, very accommodating to my brother and his walker. We do not get up north much, but when we do, we definitely be paying the five and dime another visit! The person/people who one that store should be very happy with the employees that work for her/him/them 😁👍🏼

So much fun to visit this store. It's like a trip down memory lane. I got the most awesome scarf there, the owner even took it out of the window for me and I use it all the time. Delicious fudge also. Definitely need to make a trip again soon.

So glad we stopped, best fudge ever!!!! Amazing helpful and kind staff. Loved the candy selection and a whole second floor of just clothing. Great place to stop for local gifts too!

This local shop seems to have everything you need! From toys to treats to clothing to tools to vintage toys!! They have a huge selection of many things! The service is friendly. Love walking on this strip to read all the history. Definitely stop by to explore the store and Northville! Very quaint store and town!! I wonder if this place is haunted !!

Homemade fudge, old time candy, syrups, jams, household, toys, clothing and more. Great place to browse and shop. Friendly people.

Nice local shop that has a little bit of everything. Kids novelty toys, old school candies, scented candles, camping items, light household items and local t-shirts and sweatshirts just to name a few categories. Second floor has mostly clothing and some jewelry. It would be very impressive if you can’t find it at this local 5 & 10.

This place is a must if you are visiting the area.

This place takes you right back to being a KID. 5 & 10 cent candies, all the vintage varieties of treats too. Plenty of gifts, souvenirs and basics too. If you are looking for it, they probably have it. One of my favorite places to visit in the area!

Great store! The variety and amount of different items they have is amazing. Everything from soup to nuts. They now utilize the second floor for clothing. Found a nice bathing suit at what I thought was a reasonable price. A 5 star effort for sure.

What a little gem like stepping back in time.

Be sure to get the full experience, walk around and see all they have, including most thing you could possibly need in a camp or house, penny candy and fudge, then go upstairs to see the high end stuff, lake girl, ECT... Beautiful floors and woodwork on ceilings all rebuilt when they expanded to the upstairs, amazing renovation. History stories if you meet the owner. Friendly place to shop at.

Favorite place on Sacandaga, they have everything You need. Always up at lake and Always have to go in. Very friendly owner.. She is awesome 👌. And staff is so friendly they greet you everytime when you walk in the door.. only wish there was more room between the check out counter and the aisles.

Great store, everything you need and great unique items, souvenirs and gifts. Great sticker selection, fudge made fresh in the next door/adjacent restaurant- it's delicious! Fun place, sign out front connecting it to the NY Path Through History! Stop in!

New owners, and there opening a cafe next door. It's fun to walk around in the store. Make sure you go upstairs. The woman that started upstairs is retiring at 1:00 today. Lots of unique items here. No cheap stuff, but lots of varied items.

Love stopping in everytime we pass through Northville. Always find fun interesting things to purchase and this trip was no exception. Also, the staff are always helpful and friendly.
