Went to Lowe’s to buy items for my new house and was confused on everything, that is until I met Michael Chiarito the assistant store manager. Not only did he help me pick out the appropriate light bulbs and garden materials, he personally walked us around the store and gave myself and my mom much needed advise on several other items we would need. I left the store feeling very knowledgeable and grateful to meet such a professional and friendly individual. We need more people like Mike. Would highly recommend this store especially Mike.

The staff made getting what I needed a snap in a huge rush. I walked in and got direction from the Returns Dept as I was walking swiftly by, got more clarification by the next person down the aisle, and the 3rd stopped me to inform me that their staff makes the duplicate keys instead of using a free-standing kiosk which can be a hassle if they don't work and you have to deal with the kiosk vendor, not Lowe's.

I had a phenomenal staff member make the key and it was for pretty much the same price as the kiosk supposedly. The key worked perfectly!

Today I had an amazing help with the young man called Kurt , very knowledgeable and extremely patience, I was able to get all my plumbing needs fulfilled for my new project, the managers there really know who to hire.

Got a lot of tools and materials I need for my house renovation. Always good quality wood!!! Very good store!!!

We went to Lowe’s in Chester, NY looking for sliding glass patio doors and were helped by Frank in doors. I would give Frank a million stars if I was able! He was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He answered all our questions without issue. We have been to many Lowe’s and Home Depot’s to complete our home improvement checklist and have never encountered a more helpful associate! Give Frank a raise!

I've been a regular here for the last year purchasing a wide variety of items for our home build. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. The store is maintained well and way cleaner than the Orange store in Middletown.

We were in the store today pacing back-and-forth looking for superglue, those really tiny tubes… An associate, Rob, must’ve noticed my lost look and ask “can I help you find something?” So I said I’m looking for superglue, without hesitation Rob told me the superglue is down aisle four, about halfway down on the right hand side. He seems to know the store like the back of his hand and I was impressed by his detailed answer. He saved me a whole lot of wandering around…. I thank you, Rob - my fitness tracker does not haha

Karen, from the garden section is also extremely helpful. When you ask her for help she acts like it’s making her day to answer your questions.

They’re just two employees I happened to catch the names of. Everyone at the Chester Lowes is great.

We purchased a refrigerator from Lowes in Middletown, NY, on March 4, 2022. The ordering process was a phone order & Martin was a pleasure to deal with.
We had 2 different refrigerators delivered to our home last week and they were both damaged and we did not accept them. The gentlemen delivering these were very nice, apologetic and sorry this happened to us.
Today, May, 15th, Dwayne and Humberto delivered the 3rd refrigerator to us and they were very professional, considerate of our home & took pride in their work. They were a pleasure to deal with and I feel that their dedication and knowledge of what they had to do has to be acknowledged.
Although we had a few problems with our delivery (we had to be home on 3 different days to wait for the delivery) I think Lowes tried their hardest and best to satisfy us. A discount or some sort or a credit for our aggravation would have been nice. As far as the people we dealt with in Lowes, the two managers, and the girl in delivery they were all professional and did everything they could to help us. I hope Lowes steps up and acts as quickly and as professionally as their employees that we had the pleasure of dealing with, as far as giving us some type of compensation for our inconvenience. Much better than home Depot, more organized, cleaner, and helpful too. For some reason their wood selection appears to be of higher quality as well. Easy access off 17 saves time.

Never had a problem. It's local and I love the convenience. The energy is pretty low key and I enjoy that. I don't do well in loud and noisy places so my Lowes gets a 5 star for not triggering my anxiety and my allergies ( both are severe ). The employees are very kind and helpful. The store is clean and all items are easy to find.

Delightful garden center with helpful folks. Inside the store it's a little harder to find associates but better than Middletown. Always clean and the customer service has always been wonderful.

Cashier came out to help me put my bags in my car. Very grateful. Will definitely come back again
