Gamestop is one of those places that I hope is around forever and I have enjoyed as far back as I can remember as a kid. Now as a parent I really enjoy bringing my kids to look through the displays and feel gaming not felt through an app store. I like how most employees are gamers and can answer questions no one else could.

Been here several times to pick up games / pre orders, and I've worked with Luc who has been fantastic/knowledgeable each time! Will be coming back for future games, appreciate the excellent customer service

Came to this location after having the absolute worst experience with the GameStop manager at the Hillsborough NJ location. The Bridgewater location employees were super nice and patient even though they had a store full of customers. A+ customer service.

The customer service here is absolutely the best i’ve seen. I didnt get their name’s but it was around 2pm on january 27th. The 2 at the counter were beyond helpful in helping me with my complicated order and they were super polite and patient. The go-to gamestop for me from now on.

Steve is the man!!! The whole staff at this location is honestly the best and they’re always going above and beyond to help their customers. I brought in my iPhone XS max to trade in for cash and the screen was not working so needless to say it was a whole process to disable stuff in order for me to trade it. Steve was extremely patient and helpful and ended up making it happen! Thanks again!

Greatest customer service ever!!! Travis was very nice and helpful to me. I am a senior citizen and haven't a clue about games for my grandson. Travis enlightened me and suggested several games that my grandson would enjoy. Travis was knowledgeable about children's age appropriate games. The rest is history. My grandson has a library of games and I have back up when a gift is due. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND EDUCATION ON CHILD APPROPRIATE GAMES. Grandma's can feel at ease at Bound Brook Gamestop.

Ordered several items online only a couple hours before going into Gamestop to pick up my Wired 4TB PS Memory Hard Drive and a couple new games via their In-Store Pickup Service. Everything was not only ready when I walked in but effortlessly paid for online, with email confirmation. On top of that, the employee assisting me was very informative not only on the new games I was purchasing, but also on installation assistance of my new 4TB Hard drive. Signed up for Pro Rewards and will try to come back at least monthly to utilize the lucrative rewards. My new favorite tech/game store hands down!!

Donald is my favorite. He gives honest advice if you're sure of what you're looking for and never steers you wrong! This guy deserves a raise, he brings back the old school vibe you got when you used to step into a GameStop. Not many employees like him left out there.

staff is always friendly, but not pushy. Usually a pretty nice selection of used games with some uncommon titles.

Great store. Come here on a regular basis. Travis and Steve are great always very knowledgeable and friendly. Always give me good advice on games to get or not get since they know me and what i like to play now. Store always in great shape!

I came in for a nintendo switch pro controller. Travis was super helpful seeing as I wasn’t sure of the protocols they were taking due to COVID-19 and made sure I left with controller in hand. Definitely went above and beyond just to make sure I left happy.

This Gamestop is awesome. It is easy to get to and has a huge selection. What is more, it has amazing employees. I had called several days a week to try to find the Samus Returns amiibo, and the one employee I kept getting on the phone said he'd try to hook me up when they came in. Today out of nowhere I get a phone call FROM him, saying he just opened the new boxes, and there they were. He put it aside and I zipped down there on my lunch hour. PHENOMENAL SERVICE. Trust me people, you won't regret this trip. Buy some light bulbs at the Home Depot, get a hot dog at Costco, then zip down and pick up a new game here. Win, win, and win.

I’ve been coming here for years, from when they first opened till now ppl there are awesome the manager is also a cool guy helped me with an issue about a card and right there on the spot helped.

The employees at this store are so friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to help you find what you're looking for. These guys are the best!

This place is awesome my most reliable source for my gaming needs, it’s addicting even to stop by this store it’s convieniently located and with game titles coming out every other month I find myself here a lot the manager is cool as hell and i get good insight on games here this place is awesome
