I had a great recent experience here. The employees were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful even though I came in shortly before 5pm. They assisted with everything I needed done and answered all my questions.

Jordan and Amnol are always professional and willing to help. Their customer service skills are awesome. I visit this location at least once a week and they’re always smiling and willing to go above and beyond with all my banking needs. Thank you both for your exceptional work. Need more tellers like them!

Nice folks, but painfully understaffed.

I've been to several locations and this is by far, the one with the slowest and lowest quality service. They have only one teller and when asked to have additional ones, the manager just tells you to go to a different branch.

No notary! Such a simple customer service item that so many banks provide so easily

The waiting is terrible and the need to set appointment for small little things was a waste of time!

Unprofessional, disappearing staff

1 teller working and clearly dealing with a situation with another customer but did not even acknowledge me standing in line waiting for over 15 min. Poor customer service and I’ve been noticing this with Bank of America in general. I came on a break and couldn’t be serviced in a timely manner, now I’m walking to another branch as a result. Poor customer service by the people working inside of the bank. The only nice person there who took the time to acknowledge me and help me was the security guard. Please promote him, your business will do well with someone like that.
