Though they are becoming rare it's one of the nicest department stores in the area if not the best especially with reasonable pricing and so much discounted merchandise homewares and even toys. If you're looking for Toys R Us that's where you want to go. But I am grateful we still have a Macy's. Slightly understaffed is my only concern especially when you have questions or are looking for something

Recently visited Macy's and had a fantastic experience! Found great deals and the ideal location made shopping convenient. Loved having food chains and other stores nearby for a well-rounded shopping trip.

This Macy's is very large and full of great items. The sales can be fantastic. 💲savings on many sales🔖 items. This store has the traffic of department stores like years ago.

Attached to the Kenwood Mall. Full service cosmetic counters and nicely displayed.

Web order pickup: make sure you park on the Kenwood Road side, not on the mall side. Will save you 15 minutes of walking, and a set of steps. Service is good, prices are low, items of good quality, thanks Amazon for creating the huge pressure on Macy.

Came in looking for some clothes for a funeral and Ryan helped me out big time. He took the time to do my measurements, helped pick stuff out, and ultimately made me feel like the only customer in the store. Give this guy a raise! Thanks a ton Ryan. I’ll be back again.

The staff is not trained properly on professionalism. Very short and rude. The last two visits, the staff seemed to be "put out" when I needed a garment bag for dresses.

My Dad was looking for a new hat and trousers and we found both at a great price. The staff was helpful and friendly and it was easy to find what we were looking for.

I was in a women’s department line to pay and a woman in front of me very disgruntled over not using “her” coupon. Christie Cole was very patient and kind trying to explain to her how she got her discount , showed her on the screen and found another coupon that applied. This woman wasn’t having any of it. It went on and on complaining about Macys. Christie was very nice and calm through all after which this woman decided to not buy any of it. Kudos to this sales associate for her very professional manner!

My best Macy's at all times, everything that I look for is either available immediately or the customer service representative will make sure that I receive it from another store. The employees of this location are very helpful and professionals no matter how old/young they are. Huge variety of the products, the price and the deals are unbeatable. This branch also have a Starbucks on the first floor, on your right when leaving the elevator..
They added Backstage but this one is not as great as the one they had in Springfield

I didn't shop at Macy's today they were doing construction I had to cut through to get to the second floor, out looking for a new pair of soft shoes.

This Macy's location is well stocked with a variety of clothes and when they say they have something in stock on the website, it has been correct. This location is also super clean and highly recommend it! Prices are great and the quality of the clothes are also great!
