Ritchie & his staff are very friendly knowledgeable & professional.I brought my trek ds bikes in for service and they did a great job. they even cleaned the sprockets & derailleurs like brand new. My girlfriend & I also purchased 2 trek ds + 2 electric bikes. They ordered them and we got them very quick and they are so much fun to ride especially on the trails.We're very happy with our new bikes. We're customers for life. Memorial day Friday night flat bike tire. Of course all were closed for the weekend. Bike tech opened at 9 AM promptly on Saturday morning and Scott, the tech, was there. He immediately repaired the flat and then went the extra mile and went over everything. Never have I experienced such dedication,experetise, and honesty. The bike rides better than new!

Had a great experience with the sales team. They helped me pick out my new bike in minutes. A few days later it was ready and adjusted/customized to my liking. Bike is great but there was a mechanical failure 1 week in. I called Bicycle Tech and they had me bring in right in and fixed it for free in a couple days. Bike rides great now! I am now going to have a separate "department store" bike get tuned up by them because I trust their work and knowledge. Shout out to "Scott" for being my main salesman and getting my bike fixed free of charge.

Scott was welcoming, patient, professional, and honest. The service I received was exceptional, fast, and reasonably priced. I will definitely return, and will likely turn to Bicycle Tech when it’s time to upgrade my ride.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Went in on a Sunday as a walk in with two bikes for repair and walked out a couple hours later with 2 working bikes. The owner Rich is a super cool dude. We ended up talking while he was fixing the bikes. I was also looking for a new bike I was so impressed with the knowledge and hospitality I ended up buying a brand new Trek Marlin 5. I know Rich and his fantastic team for more than five years. Rich never pushes his marketing talks, always cares for customers, and suggests options for a bicycle-based on one's skill level and budget. His team is always willing to go that extra mile to make me and my family confident on what we are getting. During this COVID-19 pandemic, their process of keeping customers safe was terrific. They had clear markings on the driveway, parking lot for a safe distancing. They did not allow customers to get into the store. They were all geared up with proper facial masks, and hand gloves sprayed the bicycles before and after. These guys are great! You can see my third new addition of Trek Bicycle from Bicycle Tech!

Went to bicycle tech for the first time today. Awesome shop. Staff there are super friendly and helpful,they welcome you soon as you walk into the door. Went looking for a disc brake cleaner and they were sold out. One of the mechanics was so nice that he gave me a can that he used for free. I told him I would gladly pay for it and he said no. He also gave me sand paper to file down the disc. I also bought finish line gloves. I will definitely will be a returning customer. I highly recommend them. Go check them out.

We went to purchase a trek bike for my son they took the time to measure and make sure he bought the right size. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The BEST service I have ever received from any type of business…very knowledgeable and stopped what they were doing to fix my bike…checked rear axle and hub and adjusted accordingly without replacing any parts since he said an adjustment was only needed…installed rear brakes too…another customer in the store said she goes out of her way to bring her bike here since they are the BEST…she is right…they are the BEST…thank you Bicycle Tech in Lincoln Park…I will be back when my bike needs any fixing…Ed W

I am very happy with both my Trek Fuel EX8 as well as the services provided by the shop. Dimitri is awesome. "COOL COOL COOL". He was my bike tech and set the bike up to spec based on my height and weight. He took the time (a full hour) to explain all of the parts, how they work and tune the shocks for me. The bike was delivered to me as promised on time and ready to ride. I picked the bike up at 7pm last evening and took to the trails at 6am this morning. So much fun and what an awesome bike it is. I highly recommend this shop.
