I don’t know why this store has so many bad reviews lol, I think the girls are super friendly they’re just not overly fake and in your face! They always help me when I ask which isn’t often considering I’m a grown adult who doesn’t need a baby sitter in a shop like everyone else apparently does based off these reviews… idk I’m here almost daily buying something and I always have a nice time.

Kaitlyn was super helpful and kind with my returns! She made me feel very comfortable having to exchange several items and was diligently going through my orders. I just love this store <3

I love this store! The girls are so helpful. Every time I am in I know I can count on Anna, Kendall, and Kate to be so sweet and helpful. The store is always pristine and the shopping experience is always amazing.

I love the Free People style. Unfortunately I think everything is just too expensive. I bought some earrings but I would have liked them more if the jewelry was genuine silver, especially at the price I paid for them.

The workers there are awful. There were about 3-4 girls working and none of them greeted nor did they ask if I needed anything. Every time!!! What’s up with the customer service? It’s been like this consistently

Not impressive to me that your entire crew of five women stood behind the counter on their phones and leaning over in the middle of a Saturday while people shopped.

Was trying to return something and they wouldn’t let me. The women was very rude. Will never shop in that store again
