Priya was the person I spoke to about my floral arrangements. The flower selection (textures) and colors were absolutely gorgeous. I have been going to this florist for years and have never been disappointed but this time I was blown away! I had to write a review! Thank you for being professional and listening to my needs!

Mary Ellen was the florist for my wedding three weeks ago!! Our flowers were beautiful! Everyone loved the simplicity of them! I sent Mary Ellen some pictures of what I was looking for and pretty much told Mary Ellen these are the colors I want and the flowers I want, other than that, I trust you 100%! She executed exactly what I wanted! She was amazing!!

Mary Ellen did all of the bouquets, table arrangements, and the chuppah for my wedding in July. We met a couple of times where I showed her pictures of what I liked, and then she made it all come to life. She guided me to make decisions when I needed help, and she was super flexible and accommodating when I changed my mind (a handful of times) throughout the process.

Truly, I was blown away when I walked into my venue, as her work really exceeded all expectations. She also went out of her way to add some nice touches like greenery on my welcome sign, near the card box, etc. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place!!

I have ordered the flower and treats basket over the phone from Australia.
The lady on the phone was patient and friendly. They have executed the things that I have requested for. My mom have the best birthday present ever. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend to everyone.

What a fantastic experience! I asked for a customization to a Halloween arrangement and she made it absolutely beautiful and adorable. She also gave a better price than the as-is recipe given online since she is a florist for one of those national flower chains (I called so did I did this order over the phone). Quick response to to my initial email too. Most importantly though, mom absolutely loved it. Will recommend as well as use for all my Hackettstown floral needs.

My floral arranging skills aren't great but I need to shout out how absolutely stunning the roses my daughter received from a date, that came from Chester Floral. As a gardener I could really appreciate the size of these roses!!!! The presentation of how they came were just as stunning as well. A dozen white long stemmed roses, wrapped in purple paper & burlap (!!!), again, I have never been so awestruck over a flower delivery! Well Done Chester!

I often come in with what I'm sure are poorly articulated, off-beat requests and every arrangement is a showstopper that's exactly what I was looking for. They are artists here, true masters of their craft.

The owner knew exactly what flowers to include and delivered them timely and within our budget! Absolutely fabulous! Somehow the casket cover and flowers from his sons were not ordered for my brother's funeral and Chester Floral came through at the last minute and had them to the funeral home in just a few hours!!! The owner was gracious and so accommodating that I can't even begin to tell you how pleased we are with them! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I go to Chester Floral a few times a year to pick up flowers for special occasions. Every experience has been a good one. The owner and staff are very friendly and they make beautiful arrangements (usually while I wait).

Placed an order over the phone for delivery a few days later. I gave a particular flower to use as a base and simply said to make it look nice. The resulting arrangement was absolutely spectacular and has wowed everybody who's seen it.
