I almost never leave a review, unless the company is exceptional. That is the case here. From the minute we called Shannon to inform her of a critical plumbing problem we were experiencing she immediately prioritized our predicament and could not be more sympathetic and empathetic on the phone. This small gesture, calm down and reassure us. They were on top of this. Within an hour the owner of the company arrived, and immediately assessed the problem. They immediately got to work, and although there was no access to a toilet for the last 30 hours they assured us that would change quickly. I should also add they were fixing a problem that another plumbing company caused less than 24 hours ago, leaving no access to a toilet they immediately reworked the 4 inch drain system, cut out the old one, installed a new one, and although not completely finished, the toilet was back working. This was most important because the woman resident has serious cancer and a toilet is not an option. Now that the problem was stabilized they were back early in the morning and finished up the major work needing to be done without any drama. Not to mention the advanced resources this company had, such as cameras, magnetic resolution, devices, and water finders. I am a college professor, and I don’t give out my recommendations easy. This company carries my highest recommendation. Little do they know the reassurance and professionalism, went a very long way. I’ve gone as far to tell them. If somebody has any questions, they can give out my phone number, and I almost never do that. To conclude, I would also like to thank them for their urgency, professionalism, and empathy in the situation. Restored my faith in mankind.

Falkowski's to the rescue again!! Can't say enough great things about this company. Replaced a portion of our sewer pipe 2 years ago. Turned out to be more difficult and labor intensive than first anticipated, but they were fantastic. Professional, efficient and kind. This week we had another issue unrelated to the original repair, they arrived within hours, quickly took care of the issue and at a very reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

Falkowski Serwer Service did a wonderful job cleaning out the lines in my neighborhood. They are very professional and they are very nice guys. They cleaned up after they did a great job. I highly recommend them for any job you may need done at your home.

Our septic pump died and we called at 10:00 at night and Anthony answered the phone and got us scheduled right away. Told us what to do to prepare for the service. He was on time, and took his time to do a good job. Very patient, professional and courteous. Explained everything to us, with no hidden costs. The job was done quickly and professionally with a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Sewer backed up causing a minor flood in our basement. On a referral from Jerry Burleigh we called Falkowski Sewer. They were here in 20 minutes. They were thorough in clearing the line. Courteous and professional. Highly recommend them for sewer problems.

I was having a sewer smell coming from an upstairs sink and washer, and soap suds were backing up in the sink on the lower level. Zach and Alex checked out all 3 levels of drain pipe and diagnosed my problem. A simple under the sink "s" trap will be installed by my husband. Zachand Alex were very knowledgeable, and they were great at explaining the issue. Zach made a point to go back in the basement to ensure he tightened tg e drain pipe. Nice guys to work with. This business was referred to me by Allen's plumbing and Heating. Very prompt service.

Had a pipe burst Monday morning. I called them and they were here within ten minutes. It was fixed within 20 minutes for a affordable price! I won’t use anyone else ever again!

Pump and clean clogged septic tank.. called on several on Saturday Morning and he was the only one who would respond Came within an hour and did a great job at a reasonable price..would give more stars if I could.
