I had such a great experience because I got to work with Eric! I went in for an IPad and he ended up selling me a new phone as well. He made me feel so comfortable during the entire process and I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I did not plan to upgrade my phone that day but based on our interactions, I thought, I want to buy from this guy!! Excellent representative that Verizon is lucky to have on their team.

Eric was very helpful. I came in to get a phone activated and a liquid screen protector applied. He did both professionally and quickly. Prior to helping me, he went above and beyond for an older gentleman who was struggling to connect his phone to his washing machine's app. He was very patient with both of us and wiling to assist however he could. I will be returning to this location if I have a need again.

Nathan did a wonderful job hooking my husband and I up with our new devices and making sure everything transferred from old to new. He was personable and explained everything we needed to know about our new devices and how the billing worked. We weren’t rushed which was great! Thank you Nathan for a positive experience!!

Eric at the Front St location made getting my new phone so easy. When I explained what was happening and what I use my phone for he knew what I would like and need. He took care of everything and reduced my stress over the whole process. The group as a while is super nice and helpful. I wasn't pressured into getting anything I truly didn't need. I will be going back there for our future needs.
