Gorgeous place to get your fix of wilderness in this busy state. The shotgun range is very simple and a great place to spend the afternoon with family. The shotgun range does get a little busy, we had to wait like 10 minutes for our turn, but the other people there are all very nice. One guy even let us use his trap shooter for a while!

Very well maintained walking and biking paths. Quite secluded without being miles away from a trailhead.

I used to live adjacent to this preserve, it's full of every sort of wildlife including deer who loved to hang out in our front yard and bears who would roll around in our back yard. Also lot's of rabbits, foxes. Mostly wetlands, I wouldn't recommend a hike unless you stick to the trails. Patriots Path is a good one.

Friendly, went to shoot some clays with friends, saw their archery range was very nice. A pleasant way to spend a free day with friends.

A nice spot for a range, generally not too busy which makes it a great place to learn. The hours for the range change during the year, so check the state website if you plan on heading there.

Beautiful place!! My property borders it and it is the most idealic place to live except during hunting season. Then it is scary to go outside at times.

This is a great place to hike or mountain bike with a river and swamp on one side of the trail and mountain and forest on the other.

Marvelous on this beautiful pre spring day. Walk your hounds there's no threat of being shot as hunting season is over.
