Debra Chiappetta is the best agent you can have represent you when buying a house or selling your home. She was always friendly and helpful. She answered any and all questions and was honest. Also Debra was there when the inspector came and she was with the interested buyers telling them positive things about the house. At closing she told the buyers what they had to do regarding changing all utilities in their name, etc. I hardly saw my agent but Debra was always there for her clients.
