Place is a joke was told they would stop my child support payments completely altogether and still having payments taken out.

They need too get rid of that sea hag clerk at the desk.Shes the definition of miserable.

Very one sided courts sadly this system has ruined so so many kids and parents lives. A truly terrible place and people.

Corrupt judge unfair hearing the judge is racist, and doesn't give a chance to explain your side he also should be removed from bench he don't think about the kids he just wants to move to the next case I have two children that are mentally handicapped and won't even give temp custody to us to get meds and put them into school while other parent sits in jail for not supporting his children how unfair is that. The judge don't care about the children at all or even there education. The judge needs to be removed from the bench as soon as possible.

I was denied access to family court trial on 6/22/2021 for invoking my 4th and 5th amendment protection, found in default and issued a permanent restraining order against my child with no ability to lawfully defend myself while judge Cortese and his staff had full knowledge I was present. On 10/11/2021 I was unlawfully searched, arrested and trespassed FROM PUBLIC PROPERTY for demanding internationally, federally and state protected access to legal services and facilities. The restraining orders was based an an unfounded accusation from over 10 years prior history.

Judges Cortese, should be targeted for judicial review on the grounds of gross negligence and all orders should be immediately vacated for the active conspiracy under color of the law to obstruct the lawful administration of justice.

Deputy Shang should be charged for knowingly and willfully commiting unlawful detention, search and arrest in retaliation to invokation of constitutionally protected right in the exercise of constitutionally protected activities on publicly funded property.

Its funny im going through something like that right now. I have joint custody with my kids father and right now he's in jail. I went to go to court to get emergency temporary custody of my 2 boys so i could put them in school so they dont miss any more school and the family court judge denied me it twice back to back. Now i cant put them in school or bring them to the doctors or anything. Also there is a cps report on the father for beating my kids abd the judge dont want to hear it how wrong is that or even fair to the kids. Now my kids have to go without and they want to go to school and they donr want to go back to there fathers house they r afraid of what he might do to them. Im in this to the end for my kids and i wont stop fighting they need to remove the judge from the bench a.s.a.p #worstjudgeever.
