Problem with government offices especially smaller ones is they are usually understaffed and under paid to parent whole villages and towns of people. Hopefully we can help find in us to understand, when things don’t go as smooth as we had hoped. S.L.

Even though I got a well deserved speeding ticket and no one is ever happy about a ticket, I've had a great experience with this court! Great communication and no issues at all!

I had no problems contacting this Court. I paid my ticket and they had issued a receipt timely. I had a follow-up call for them months after I had paid ticket and they answered me within 2 minutes.

They never insist on answering there phone. I love an hour away. I just got two tickets for window tint and muffler which infact i have a muffler and in the state of NY 20% tint is legal so these could have been fix it tickets but they insist on taking your money thats what this town is for be careful if you go into town there. Im still fighting these tickets and its been a year now.

I've been trying for two days to figure out a very ambigious warning that my license is suspended for a fine I paid in 2003. The fine was for no seat belt!! $20. No one answers the phone. No one returns voice mail. I'm trying to figure out how to do the right thing and there is no one to help. Very very frustrating.

My daughter and I drove an hour to this court and got a plea bargain which she fulfilled and paid before leaving that day. And now she has a notice from DMV saying she failed to appear. Its a good thing I went with her but, now to top it off this is the third day no one has answered the court's only listed phone number in the short 6 hours they are open. And no way to leave a message! Yes worst court EVER!!

They will not answer the phone as EVERYONE has stated. I lost my tickets and lead to license suspension. The county of Cayuga answered me immediately and make ticket has Been dealt with and payment made but this state is the worst I’ve been trying to contact them for two years. I have no way to drive to them as it’s hours away and they took my license!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I paid for a ticket IN PERSON over 2 years ago. My license is now suspended in a different state for having my license suspended because of them in NY. I live 4 hours away from this court house. I have tried to call over 20 times a day and NEVER get anyone to speak to. I plan to just take a day off from work to make the trip, but don't even know if they will be there when I do. Anyone have any advice!?!?!

This is the worst court I have ever had to deal with. They never answer the phone and my license has been suspended because even though I sent the money to stop the suspension they never sent me the paperwork to stop it at the state I live in which is 6 hrs away.

This place is a joke. They wont answer youre phone call. No Matter if you call on monday at 11Am or wensday at 4Pm. Id stay far away from this town in the future my ticket was B.s and to now have a suspended license is ridiculous

I’ve been trying to contact them via phone, via written letters, AND email (they provided an email to discuss my ticket too) I’ve been trying to reach them for over two months and no responses. This court is ridiculous!!!!!!!

Been trying to contact the court for 4 weeks now. I've sent in money for a ticket to get my license unsuspended. I'm a soldier at Fort Bliss and need my license reinstated but they make it impossible to do so

I spoke to the Macgomery County Sheriff. The only time the court clerk is there is while they’re having court. You can reach them on Tuesdays at 6 PM and Thursdays at 2 PM. I’m having the same issues as everyone else I hope this helps.

Never pay your fine with cash at this place! They are pocketing the money and your fine remains “unpaid”. Look 👀 at the other reviews! Proceed with caution. Use only card for proof

Is there ANY WAY to get in contact with this court?
Every time I call, I get an automated lady saying court resumes in March! It’s MAY!!!

I live in a different state and they're hours constantly change over the phone and they never answer. Just waiting for these shysters to suspend my license.

Court is held Tuesdays at 7, this is one of those courts where dinnertime is rarely there to answer phones, I have to be there tonight, I luckily got someone to answer on the first try, but you know how these small courts are
