Hemp Geek CBD Store

We had a great experience. The girl behind the counter with knowledgeable, friendly and happy to be working. Found what we needed, Have everything from rolling papers to cigarette lighters.

I ordered a product from them and am more than happy with my purchase. They were happy to answer questions on Instagram and extra take pictures for me, the product was packed very well and was shipped the next day. Great shop!

I've been to the upper front street location a few times and every time I go is a great experience. The person there always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for and takes time with me to figure out what I want. It's usually the same girl Lexi. She is very kind and easy to talk to. Not pushy or trying to get you to buy the most expensive thing. She helps you find a product that suits your habit. They are also usually stocked with a great variety to choose from.

I had to call today to be sure if my favorite cashier was working at a store. I was given the best customer service on the phone. Then when I got in the store, my husband and I were amazed by the selection of glassware and all the various consumable product. Also Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable, not only for us because he assisted a few customers and even though he was taking good care of them, I still felt like a valued customer. Overall stellar experience. I will go here again.

I LOVE THIS STORE! I stopped in for the first time yesterday after looking at the website.. THEY HAVE SO MUCH STUFF. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I was helped by Brian. Better quality glass and better deals than Sugar Mountain. I'll be back for sure.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had in a hemp shop in awhile. The customer service is on point with any questions I had and was even knowledgeable when I asked trick questions about certain products. The selection is very wide consisting of everything from edibles and lotions to flower and concentrates. Very cozy environment and the ATM makes it very convenient if you forgot to bring cash. I would highly recommend this location and will be returning on a regular basis.

The people working here are so great. When I first decided to look into CBD for pain and anxiety management, the employee behind the desk was very helpful helping me choose a product to try out. When I go in now knowing exactly what I need, I’m in and out in under a minute. And everyone is always SO friendly in every instance. Every visit I’ve had here has been overwhelmingly pleasant.

Gentleman behind the counter was super helpful! It was my husband and I’s first experience in a CBD store, and he explained everything very thoroughly. We left with some CBD Peanut Butter for my Pit Mastiff who has very high anxiety during thunderstorms. I’m very confident in my purchase thanks to Hemp Geek 😍

Really appreciated the dope and helpful staff. Needed some CBD lotion because I get knee pain (old rugby injury) from long car rides and the peeps behind the counter treated me like family while going through all of my options. Great products. Had an amazing experience and learned a lot. Great products available at reasonable prices. Picked up 2 vape cartridges 2 different kinds. Gg4 and purple punch also some flower bud all for about a hundred dollars. Very knowledgeable staff had a great conversation. Will definitely be back for more vapes.

Great selection of CBD products including flower, gummies, vape oils, and more. They even have a book with detailed descriptions of each strain, which I found particularly helpful since I was looking for specific effects with my herb. The gal that helped me out was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'm happy to see they opened up a location in Vestal as well! Definitely check them out.

I went in to see if they had products for my younger sons morning nausea and vomitting. They are incredibly knowledgeable on this and were able to help find a product for him. The store is immaculate. My wife and I were impressed. I love the wide selection of product. There's everything you need here that you would find in a high end dispensary, except for THC. A law in NY that should change in my opinion. But if you're looking for something with CBD, this is a great place. These guys will help you get exactly what you need.

Is ur product hemp or real flower

Guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. Instead of just selling you whatever, they make the effort to find out what you actually need. So far my pain has been much more manageable, and I will be back to restock!!

Very very informative, honest, and answered all of my questions. THe employee listened to all my concerns and then helped me pick the perfect Cbd.. With crohnes disease, Hemp Geeks is legit keeping me closest to not being sick then any other medication I've ever taken! It's legit saving my life and a ton of medical bills I will always support this company. I don't feel like they are just trying to make a sale, I feel like the employees actually care and really listen to their customers.
As long as Hemp Geeks exists I will always go out of my way to go there!
