New Era Dispensary South Bound Brook NJ

This is my first time coming to New Era and the customer service is amazing! They greeted us right away and we’re very patient and friendly :) I would recommend this dispensary to anyone who is looking for the first time or wants to try a new place! Plus the interior is so pretty with a chill cozy vibe. Will be coming here everytime !

Good prices and good selection of products. Plenty of parking in the lot and the facility is very spacious as well.

The place is super cute! You can order at the desk or on the iPad, which is so convenient. The environment is awesome and the people are really friendly. Highly recommend! 😊👍

My partner and I have been waiting to visit here as it's the closest location to us. We were amazed. The store is very inviting inside, you want to hang out and relax. It is so clean and modern. The workers are so kind. We had the pleasure of being helped by Tammy - thank you so much Tammy. She has so much knowledge and build a great rapport with us. I hope next we visit she's there to help us. As a fellow woman business owner, I love that this dispensary is woman-owned.

Love this dispensary! They have a great selection, & placing my order online was super easy. I got a message not even 5 minutes after placing my order that it was ready! The staff was so nice, the young lady who took care of me was lovely. I highly recommend checking out this dispensary!

New Era has quickly become my favorite dispo around. Service is always fast and friendly, prices and deals are aggressive, and variety is on point compared to local competition. As a fan of Kind Tree strains, they always have the latest on deck. Everything I've purchased has been fresh and effective, and their rewards program and teacher discounts are a nice bonus. 20% off for first timers too! Highly recommend

Went to New Era for the first time today and was helped by Alexa. The store is so nice to walk into and not only was Alexa extremely kind and helpful, everyone else was too. I had a great experience. They were very helpful and informative. Helped me find the perfect strain i was looking for and really made me feel comfortable. They have great choices and lots of options to choose from. Highly recommend going there. Was our first time here we were greeted by tammy, she gave us a quick run down of the loyalty program and answered a few questions for us. Place definitely had a good vibe and my girlfriend loved the decor. Can't wait to try the goodies we just purchased.

Tammy, Shelsea, Tiff and Jash are all extremely helpful everytime I come in as well as extremely personable. I enjoy speaking with them as much as doing business at their establishment. I’ve been coming here for many months as my primary dispensary and do not plan on going elsewhere as the service and atmosphere as well as there diverse selection and reasonable prices is overall too good to pass up. What a great new dispensary. The space is really big and comforting. All the staff including the owner who I met for the first time today 10/21/23. She was not only helpful but you could also tell she has a kind soul. Each staff member I have dealt with was very professional and helpful. The best part is that I live less than 3 miles away so it's very easy to run and pick up my stuff pretty much anytime that's convenient for me. They also have a great selection of everything from flower to edibles and vape cartridges as well. Well done team

They have a major variety of pre rolls and flower. On top of that they have my favorite brand “Cookies” with a bunch of fresh powerful and true flavors whenever I need to pick it up I can see the availability on the website. Staff is informational and courteous which makes every experience there leaving you feeling appreciated.

Me and my fiance go to a few different places, New Era is a top recommended choice. Go just about every week. I have a high tolerance and look for specific things but I have not been disappointed yet. I have found some strains that others do not carry that help me and we get great customer service. We really enjoy talking with Tammy, she is amazing so friendly and helpful!

From the staff to the store presentation. From the premium products to phenomenal deals, New Era Dispo is batting 110%. Love talking shop with whoever budtender I luck out to speak with. The whole staff is vastly knowledgeable and super friendly. Synergy at its finest.
And then there is Ashish, award winning personality, his intelligence is on par with the best of them, yet it is his heart and humanity that makes him so unique. My mom has MS so her route of consumption are RSO soft lozenges. It’s one thing for him to remember that but also remembers all the quick chit chats we’ve had from time to time. Ashish was asking “how was mom” and her recovery from surgery. He truly cares for all his guests. Humble, genuine, great sense of humor. Of all the dispensaries in Nee Jersey, I’ve yet to come across one, that that offers a “Goldilocks” experience where medicinal meets fun plus a dash of friendly staff like Asish!
