Target

Target is one of my go to places. The staff is very helpful, store clean, well lit, and nicely stocked. I also like that, unlike Walmart, they provide their employees with a decent wage and benefits. Us tax payers have to subsidize Walmart employees with food stamps and other benefits because Walmart is so stingy and greedy (the Walton family). They are so insanely rich - when is enough enough?

Clean store. Lots of carts inside. Can check yourself out. Staff available if needed. Stocked shelfs.

I always find the products that I need here. The staff is excellent.

As people are more and more flocking to the self checkouts, we need to remember there are still lanes with cashiers. I went to ones, I had, I believe 5 items. The cashier was great. She was nice and friendly. We had a chat about the shoes I was purchasing. It's nice to still be able to have that personal connection.

The cashier that helped us today was amazing and super friendly which was amazing. Also, my wife's family has always been convinced that Target prices are not competitive but we were able to purchase items at much better prices than competitors today. Thank you so much for being amazing!

I had amazing customer service from a guy working in the holiday section today. I was looking for an electrical item that was showing in stock online but was not on the shelf where the app said it would be. He pulled up the item number on his handheld and gladly ran out back to bring me what I was looking for. He was kind quick and effective! 2020 needs more people with his demeanor upbeat and happy to help. The guy impressed me enough to write this review. If you are reading this sir, I say again, thank you!!

Consumer Cellular gave me an appointment to switch out the SIM card on my 3G phone. However, the new one didn't work, and the old one then didn't work anymore either, and I was told that I had to wait for a new one in the mail, since they didn't have the model I was looking at in the store.
I ended up making two calls at an hour each with Emily assisting me.
Emily was very helpful and empathetic. None of this was her fault. In fact, she helped me calm down after I got really riled with CC's Customer Service (an unusual event after 10+ years with them) and needing to go out and take a walk.
I will definitely give Emily 5 stars for her ability to understand my problem and willingness to help

Looking for blue tooth ear buds. Emily spent 15 minutes with us asking questions and helping us zero in on what we needed. We really appreciated that!! Not what we expected at a “big box store”
Staff were kind and the visit was enjoyable.

Pick up is upfront and quick. Of course I'm going to shop anyway but if I pickup first, I do not forget!!!

And because of white out snow, I check site and was able to extend pickup a day. BUT I also got an alert email, your pickup is ready with the option to extend....HOW GREAT IS THAT!!!

Employees are helpful and friendly. Drive up picl up experience is super easy and convenient of youre unable to enter the store or need someone to pick up a few items for you.

I love target. The only downside to this one is that the "dollar" section is almost always picked over. I get it, it's a popular section but every time I come in, it's basically empty. Which seems strange to me when I have come during different days of the week. The employees are very nice. The store is almost always 100% clean. They could use more large size bras in the women's section.

The customer service by Ryan in the phone department was outstanding. I was transferring a phone to the Consumer Cellular carrier and Ryan took care of everything including working with Consumer Cellular, setting up the phone settings, and transferring the contacts. Before we left the store the number was ported over and the phone was working. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My cashier, Zachery, or possibly Zachary, was excellent. He took extra time to help an older couple who were confused about a purchase and was gracious and patient. He was professional and friendly to me, and really made shopping in these trying times better.

HUGE shout out to the manager Jennifer for helping me and my sister with the formula situation it help us out a lot especially that huge act of kindness she did for us that was so unexpected and we appreciate it big time

Who doesn’t love target? The store in Big Flats is always clean, organized, and the staff is super helpful. I live in Horseheads and work in Ithaca so I have access to both stores and I always prefer the Big Flats location.

Great store, even better staff. I'm 400 miles from home and it was a blessing to stop here today.

Target is a great place to shop. Good quality merchandise and friendly service. The store is clean. I love the smell of star bucks and the carmel corn. Everyone is very helpful.

It's easy to get around here. I am starting to like the food section more the more often I spend time in the aisles. Good value for people who are on a budget across the board.

Not only is the selection amazing, but the prices are a great value, and the staff there is willing to help any and all guests who come in. The store is also very clean. Staff members trying to assist you however they can even if that does mean sending you to a different store for a specialty item.
