Dale's Market

Dale’s market is a local legend. They have stellar ground pork, perfect for making sausage gravy; it is the best I’ve found around locally.

Their sandwiches are amazing, they will customize for you and have plenty of choices. This store is a hub of convenience and options.

All types of people come to shop here and when I hear from those passing through on rt-94 they bring up Dale’s it is almost always stated to be amazing, legendary, and wonderful.

Do bear in mind, nobody is perfect and everybody has a bad day or a moment sometimes. I personally have never had a poor experience at Dale’s, but I sympathize with those who have had those negative experiences. I recommend returning to Dale’s often to get a more well-rounded experience, they really do have something special there, even if some cannot see that.

Being up in the mountains you have to know where to look when you need some basic everyday items. Dales is one of those places. Everyone is nice and helpful. Blairstown is nice and this store is reflective of the culture. The survey I’m working on hasn’t given me the opportunity to explore the whole city, but it’s nice where I am currently. Now I going across the street to the Alpine Delicatessen and get some authentic Bavarian sauerkraut and the a coffe at the Blairstown diner where the first Friday the 13th was filmed. I like this deals Market much better than the one that's in Branchville. The food just is better. I got chicken and ribs both were very good. Staff was friendly and quick. This place has a fast turnover so you always are guaranteed fresh food.

For a light, inexpensive breakfast sandwich try the mcdale with your choice of meat only 2.99. Made quickly if you're always late like someone I know.

Dale's is always a nice place to shop. I love their deli especially. They make a great sandwich and I have never had anything bad from the pre cooked food.

If in Blairstown New Jersey and need to pick up some grocerys and or camp food this is a good place. It has a Country feel to it with nice employees.
A great alternative to the much larger chain food stores that have taken over.

Outstanding small town grocery market, real friendly service, a good selection of produce and grocery necessities. Known locally as having the best fried chicken in the area. The meat department features high quality products and the deli is filled with delicious prepared foods. UPDATE... still the best deli case in the area... try the Milano sub or some eggplant slices!! UPDATE...had a tremendous buffalo chicken stromboli today, coupled with two cannoli. Can't beat that for lunch!

A small, locally owned "Mom and Pop" kind of store that has a little bit of just about everything. The deli is exceptional and the prices are surprisingly low. Nice to see a Market that hasn't been snuffed out by the huge corporations that are too often putting the American small business..out of business.

Great deli, produce, and meat dept.. Good hot coffee always available w/fresh bagels & muffins. Plus everything a small grocery store could offer & a friendly staff.

They have the best sandwiches and fresh prepared food. They have an awesome selection of fresh meat and produce. It's a great place.

My FAVE place by our new home!!! I'm there 3-4 times a week for dinner ingredients, dinner ideas, and the chicken IS amazing!! Thank god for Dale's!!

My 4 year old son tried their buffalo chicken recently and loved it to the point he refused to share with his parents on the ride home. 😂

I left a pack of cigarettes at the counter... The manager was so helpful that she called the Branchville store so I can stop and pick up a pack of cigarettes in there Branchville store oh wait a minute instead of going all the way back to blairstown which was pretty far for me

I love ordering breakfast sandwiches from them they always make my sandwich good. I also like the fact that I can shop for some of my groceries.

The young lady that makes sandwiches in the morning makes the best sandwiches. The way the sandwich is made is fantastic. Definitely recommend

Cheaper than Acme (f/k/a A&P) and very local. Highly recommended if you live near there and need to get bananas and bagels.
