Bought my Grandson a pair of hockey skates. Wow what a deal (Black Friday) $450.00 skates paid $239.88. Salesman was so knowledgeable. They had to call another store for them. Got the skates in 3 days. Very satisfied

Pure Hockey offers a large selection of hockey equipment and sporting apparel. They have a good selection of sticks and keep a wide variety in stock. The staff are helpful, friendly, and are knowledgeable about hockey. Skate sharpening is also offered here along with laces, tape, wax, grips, etc. They do offer a pretty good rewards program too. This location has easy access right off of route 46.

I know nothing about becoming a hockey dad! I called Pure Hockey, the day before we visited the store and asked for the approximate cost to outfit a 6 year old with gear . The answer was $400. When the cashier gave me the total, he said it was $395. Wow, just wow, their quote was spot on! The service was phenomenal and they have everything, hockey! I am now a loyal fan of Pure Hockey!

Great experience!!!! Staff was friendly and helpful, found his size. Skate, heated and formed it and cut his stick to size. Best place for hockey supplies hands down !!!!

I had a fantastic Experience shopping here for the first time. They were able to get my skates sharpens up while I bought a bunch of gear. Including fitting me for some new inline skates. Tom was a big help and had me all taken care of. Thanks Tom, the skates are great!
Unfortunately I had one of the wheels break on the skates from a manufacture defect and Dan with customer service helped take care of that through a couple emails. Thanks Dan. I’ll be back for sure.

Such friendly staff! Samantha was so kind, took the time to help me find new ice skates. She scanned my feet with this high tech machine they have and was so patient with me. We ended up ordering the correct size for me. I came back for a free sharpening and baking with the purchase of my skates. Then Micheal was so helpful in helping me find the perfect goalie chest protector. He was so informative and helpful, also so patient with me. All the staff are kind and know what they are talking about. Highly recommend!

My son was having some problems with his skates purchased at pure hockey, so we brought them back in looking for help and were attended by Tom. We were in great hands as Tom went above and beyond to see what was going on and how to resolve our problem. He was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable while helping us. We recommend pure hockey and Tom.

We came in today to get a pair of skates baked and need some accessories. Griffin was the sales person. He was amazing! So friendly, professional, knowledgeable and didn't make us feel rushed at all. True customer service. I would definitely ask for him if you go there!

First time there this past Sunday. My wife surprise me with skates for my birthday but got the wrong size. Bobby greeted me and was very helpful. He sized me up great. He baked them for me, while we were waiting we check out some sticks. He was very knowledgeable with everything. I didn’t buy the stick in store but I ordered it the next day. When you go ask for Bobby, great guy to work with.

After speaking with a sales rep about sizing, I placed my first order of skates online and received free fitting and initial sharpening. The customer service ( which is only 2 guys) was amazing and I was there for about 30-40 minutes and watched how they interacted with a very busy store and was very impressed. We are new to hockey but with 3 young boys we will be spending many more years and look forward to being continued customers

This place really is awesome I have gotten all of my stakes here and if you buy it from the store the first skate sharpening is free! There is also online shopping. All of the employees are super nice and have great advice I can recommend this place to you and everyone else. The only thing is that the skate guards are a little pricey. thanks to you all.

I went in looking for a pair of new ice hockey skates. Vito worked with me for over a half hour and did everything he could to try and find the right skate for me (even suggesting models that were far cheaper than the top end skates) despite having a limited stock due to the shipping crisis. Ultimately, we couldn't find something that fit me properly, but it didn't stop Vito from being courteous and professional throughout the entire process.

Although I didn't make a purchase that day, and this store is much further from my home than other pro shops, I will hold off on buying new skates until Pure gets new stock just to reward their exceptional customer service.

Turned into a phenomenal experience. After ordering a pair of custom skates and waiting for what seemed an eternity, Pure Hockey made me feel like I was a valued customer and exceeded my expectations on customer service. Thank you Pure Hockey. Especially John - the manager.

The helpful and engaging staff at Pure Hockey helped find the right gear at the price we needed for our players. We didn't even have to ask for help, they came right up and offered it.

Great store and great service. The staff helped my sons get fitted for skates and then baked and sharpened them. We also bought a new helmet and they adjusted that also. Its great to know all the equipment is ready to go for practice.

We found Pure Hockey after visiting many other stores. John was extremely helpful in showing us the exact equipment we needed. He also went above and beyond making sure the fit was correct for my sons. Extremely happy that we found this place for all of our hockey needs. Besides equipment they offer skate blade sharpening, NHL jerseys, hockey trading cards, etc. The store is very impressive but the service was even better.
