Bought a bike there this past weekend. Went to many other bike shops and the service from sourland cycles was head and shoulders above the others. They really care that you are buying the exact right product for yourself. The spent a lot of time adjusting every single test bike I road and making sure it was the best possible product. Extreamly happy customer.

Update: was so happy with everyone’s service, Katie,Emmet, and Alex I returned and bought a second bike, then returned and bought a 3rd bike for my wife. Have also been back multiple times for accessories and parts and everytime they spend a lot of time with me to make sure everything is perfect and I am incredibly satisfied. I highly recommend this bike shop

I have been working on bike fit with Tom Mason for a while. During my most recent visit to Sourland Cycles I received friendly service from a couple of the members of their team. In fact, one of their mechanics happens to live around the corner and came into the shop on his day off to check out some front end noise I was dealing with. Incredibly cool stuff. And to top it off, I left my sunglasses on the counter and the business owner met up with me later that day to return them to me. I own a specialty retail store myself and I really value this kind of service and experience. It is easy to say "shop local" but it is also easy to be succumb to the convenience of shopping online. Get up and get out to support your local specialty retailers. If we keep saying "shop local" but don't actually do it, awesome businesses like this one won't be around for ever!

Despite my inexperience, Sam took the time to patiently walk me through all of the relevant information I needed towards investing in my 1st proper road bike. This high level of care and customer service is what you’ll find here and ultimately what motivated me to return and walk away with the most amazing bike I’ve ever owned. I came into Sourland Cycles looking to get a mountain bike. Sam was very helpful and knowledgable, showing me different models and sizes that would fit me best. If you’re in the market for a bike you should check this place out.

Love the service the entire team at Sourland Cycles provides. Sam assisted me in purchasing my first tri-bike. I was able to add the fitting service and purchase all of the extra gear I needed to do my first triathlon. I’ve called for questions and have gone back to add more gear to my bike and every single time they’ve provided world class service. We dropped 20 yr old bikes off for a tune up. Price was great and service was completed in just a few days. Bikes that were resistant when pedaling are riding like new. It should be noted that we made an appt ahead of time for service. I found the whole process to be easy and quick and am happily riding my bike again. I am a light wkly use recreational rider.

Excellent service, nice bike selection professional, industry knowledge and personal anecdotes serve the store well. Very friendly as evidenced by the numerous people I saw come and go as I was buying a bike. Competitive prices with extra perks. Highly recommend. How do I start… This was the best sales experience I’ve had buying anything before and I’m an avid outdoorsman who likes to spend his money. I chose this shop to buy my first mountain bike and was greeted with an entire staff of helpful and Knowledgable people. I drove an hour away and arrived at closing time. Despite that I was not rushed and went way into their closing hours trying to make my purchase. I walked out absolutely delighted with my new bike. The store owner is an amazing person whom matched the price deal I found online, continued to give me deals on extra gear such as a helmet, an provided a wealth of knowledge for a first time rider like myself. Could not recommend this bike shop more.

Absolutely love that we now have a local shop to call home. My son just learned to ride his bike which prompted me to dig out my bike, but after years of neglect it needed some work. In the meantime I also purchased a new Stumpjumper from a friend who shipped it to me from Florida and it suffered some damage at the hands of FedEx. Mike and his team were able to get it in quickly, resolve the issue and get me back on the trail the same day! These guys know their stuff! They communicate well, are transparent though the entire process and are prompt, polite and professional. Thank you very much and I look forward to getting the old Stumpy back once you guys give it the love it has been needing for so long!

Had a great experience buying a new bike at Sourland Cycles. I stopped in once to test ride a few hybrids, and then returned a week later to purchase. Katie was super helpful, answered my many questions, and she was so patient as I tested multiple bikes and sizes. Bike shops are often intimidating spaces for newbies (especially women) but Katie and the rest of the team were very welcoming and low-key. I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome shop! Stopped in with some issues with the BOA dial on my shoe. Sam was incredibly welcoming and shared great insights on the local riding. Tom was able to fix my shoe quickly and permanently. Great inventory of all bikes. What a pleasure

From the moment my partner and I began looking at bicycles at Sourland bikes, we knew that we were in good hands. The owner of the shop is incredibly friendly and welcoming and just a phenomenal guy. He is always outside with customers chatting or helping someone to find the perfect bike for them. The maintenance crew is efficient and very friendly- they engage in conversation with you while your bike is getting fixed on the spot. This service is incredible. Even better, they had a female bike mechanic! This is phenomenal and great to see! We absolutely love Sourland and will continue to support this great business. I encourage anyone reading this review to do the same.

Recently bought a saddle there. Before that they did repairs on my bike. My experience is certainly positive, they do care.

Came out from Philly to pick up a bike from here. The staff is unbelievably nice and helpful. Willing to answer questions and make sure that your new ride is perfect for you. Any repairs/adjustments I might need, I'd have no problem making the trip back up here to spend the day while they work on my bike.

I've been biking for a while and admit I'm not a bike geek as I just want to ride. Per my observation this shop doesn't take advantage of your knowledge about bikes and sell you stuff you don't need. I was never uncomfortable entering the store.

I've been going to Sourlands for a few years and each visit been positive. Actually, I didn't want to leave the shop as I engaged in conversation about bikes. I would recommend this shop and hope they never change.
