As long as you talk to the right person youll be ok this one lady tries to get you to change bill of laden to collect so you owe the driver when the shipping laden already says prepaid. ..thank god for ebay!

Driving into yard and assistance from everyone to get my item was great even assistance from dock clerk was great. Help put item in my pick up truck. Was better then expected.

I had a need to call this terminal directly - because an important shipment for us was misdirected. A manager Mike Ricci (sp?) was AWESOME - - tracked it down, had it redirected at 4am - and DID get it moved quickly to us. Super guy makes this a 5star terminal operation.
