My favorite place to shop crystals and minerals the owners are very friendly. They go out of their way to make the experience pleasant and I always leave with a smile.

Absolutely beautiful Crystals, jewelry, geodes, and pretty most of what's rare and breathtaking in nature. Genuinely nice, helpful, and patient staff which I'm almost certain were the owners, and everything is very fairly priced. A must visit if you appreciate nature.

When I first walked in the energy was so peaceful and the owners were very nice and helpful. I spent over 100 dollars I got a good amount of product. Craig and Sharon are very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. I enjoy going there and have bought some unique fossils and gifts at a great price.

This crystal store is amazing I can’t put into words! The owners are so kind and so much fun to talk to! 3 generations of rock hounds, they know their stuff! I could’ve talked to one of the owners Craig all day geeking over different specimens from all the different localities. One of my favorite purchases was from when he brought out a tray of the most beautiful Columbianites and I picked such a great one- they were all great though! I was in awe the whole time walking up and down the aisles- their minerals and specimens are just so amazing! Something for everyone: raw, polished, cabinet specimens galore! Their statement pieces are just jaw dropping too. Something I very much appreciate is how they sell the display stands in many different sizes and kinds, and they have info cards for each crystal you buy and their locality & metaphysical properties.
Their sterling silver crystal jewelry is really high quality too! Most sterling silver jewelry was 30% off! You have to go see for yourself. They’re open Saturdays again now so go take a trip!

For close to 20 years or more, this one Beautiful Crystal store stands TALL above all the rest!! Amazing selection, affordable prices an ALL PRICE RANGES! SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!! In my 20s I probably spent close to $8K , at least in one decade. And we still keep coming back! The store is scintillating, so shiny and clean! I still have my favorite crystals from all the years I have shopped there. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I previously wrote a negative review, but the husband and wife who own this place have really turned their attitude around and are a lot more friendly than my previous experiences from many years prior.

Their shop is beautiful and they really have lots of unique pieces that you simply just wouldn't find elsewhere. I wish them all the success they could ask for and respect their business and what they do. God bless them!

Love this store and the owners. They are extremely helpful and courteous. They don't try to push anything on you. Just give you the information you seek, if in fact you ask for it. The store is just beautiful. I bought 7 of their bracelets on my second visit, after I had given the four I had previously purchased to my mother who adored them when I visited her. Prices are unbeatable as well. Definitely worth a visit, even if you don't know much about crystals and gemstones.

I cannot even say what i like most about this place. Seems like a road side shop but upon walking in i was blown away. Amazing. Very professional. Very accommodating. Very knowledgeable about their products. Gorgeous displays. Very clean. Prices are very reasonable. High quality. My daughter is in love and so am i. We will be returning again and again. Highly recommend for any crystal and gemstone enthusiasts

I had been looking around for the right place to source my personal crystals from and I 100% found it. Just pulling into the parking lot gave me the best vibe. Walking in, everything felt even more magical. Not only is this shop physically clean, but the atmosphere is clear and soothing. I spent a decent amount of time loading up on beautiful crystals and some jewelry (you can NOT beat the price nor the quality here!) and as I was leaving I wish I stayed longer. The owners were so nice to me and made me feel so incredibly welcome. The man working (I wish I caught his name) scared me a bit (in a good way) by suggesting a crystal that I hadn’t seen looking around but fell in love with immediately. Talk about intuition! I literally not let go of since I purchased it. It was like this piece of earth is meant to be in my possession. Apologizes for the long review; don’t spend your money anywhere else. i’ve never left a review on google but was reading through the ones for this business and decided i’d leave the best one i could. i came for the first time when i was a little kid and don’t remember my experience but my dad says that the owners told him i was a very well behaved kid and i did a good job not touching things. i still come all the time and they will sometimes recognize me which i love. all of the prices are really awesome, especially on the smaller tumbled crystals by the register. i think there are some that are 50¢. i love taking my little brother here and it’s great for finding gifts. i have a good collection of crystals (between 40-50) and most are ones i’ve bought here. they’re very knowledgeable about all of the crystals they have and provide me with lots of information when i ask, i’ve only ever had good experiences :) i hope someday to be able to buy the giant malachite slab right next to the register! 🤞🏻

I absolutely love this shop! I have my own small business selling my handmade jewelry and A Broader Concept is my #1 stop for my gemstone supply. They have amazing stones and crystals in there and at really GREAT prices! I have seen the reviews about the owners being "rude" and I HAVE to say that that IS NOT TRUE at all! The people that own this shop and are always there are extremely nice and ALWAYS pleasant when I come in! They always ask about my jewelry and show me new stuff they have that they think would be good for my jewelry! They do have rules with food, kids, and cell phones and they enforce those rules for good reason, in my opinion. And I'd like to add that ALL of these rules are CLEARLY stated outside, on the door of the shop and inside the shop. I respect the owners and I respect the store and that's all it takes to have an amazing and positive experience in this shop!

This little shop is a absolute treasure. My husband and I were on our way to a Color run with our 9 year old daughter and he surprised me with a visit there. We all went in and were immediately struck with the beautiful layout of the store, and there are pieces for all price ranges. My daughter was a bit tired from the night before and was upset that she wasn't getting as many pieces for her collection as mommy was and put on a sulk...we spoke to her about it and she was then fine. The owners were so very pleasant and helpful with our questions and even spoke to my daughter and offered her a gift. Our second trip there (I should mention we travel an hour and a half to get here) the owners actually remembered us and asked how the run went. Again they were pleasant and wonderful, and even engaged our daughter in conversation. We have been back a couple more times and each time we found beautiful pieces to add to our collection, we received information regarding our purchases, and they were very kind to our child. I could go on and on about this place. Well worth the drive, fantastic place with fantastic owners.

What an amazing shop!!! I stopped by after googling some crystal shops near me--drove 45 minutes to check them out, and definitely worth the drive!! I will be back without hesitation. An amazing selection--all well-priced---everything from small raw and polished crystals, to large museum quality clusters and crystals. Both of the owners (husband and wife) were there and were more than willing to help answer any questions I had--they were both very knowledgeable about the crystals and their use, as well as where they are from and information about their vendor. You can tell they are picky about what they choose to have in their store, and it only benefits the customer in the end by getting some AMAZING pieces. I can't wait to go back. I loved how organized and clean the store is. Everything is clearly marked and the owners were incredibly gracious (they were actually closed and let me come in), knowledgeable and kind. I left with far more than I intended to get because there are so many beautiful things. The energy is calm and balanced in there unlike other crystal/gem stores I have visited. If you are into crystal healing this store is a must.

A Broader Concept is by far the ultimate crystal and mineral shop in the southern nh region. The couple who own the shop, Craig and Sharon, are absolutely the most knowledgeable and honest people that I know in this industry. They take great pride in offering only the best quality merchandise, and they are always very fair on pricing so you never have to worry about spending more on something than it is worth. In fact, I can guarantee you will walk away with a great deal! They make a fantastic team and a lovely couple too! They have filled their shop with many gorgeous one-of-a-kind pieces. It is truly a lovely shopping experience! Please honor their request to leave the cell phones and small children at home when you visit. Really cute place. Small but stocked with a good variety- starting at inexpensive stones, and going all the way up to large, elaborate pieces worth thousands. The owners were lovely and the gentleman offered to let my small son choose a tiny rock from a box. Overall, great service and a good place if you're looking for a gift.

Beautiful store! I also have to say that I could not disagree more with the negative posts reguarding children in the store and the owners reactions! I took my four year old daughter in to pick out something special for my nine year old who loves crystals! Not only were they helpful but there was no negative reaction to my child! Owners are very welcoming and very knowledgeable about what they have in their shop. One of my new and I’m sure ongoing favorite places!!!!!!!!
