Tropical Smoothie on South Willow Street are amazing!! 1 day my fiance ordered the peanut butter Flatbread & 2 smoothies ( I didn't want the flatbread) . Well some1 used old bananas so I called them & told the manager & she told us to come back & she'd make 2 just for the inconvenience even though I kept telling her she didn't have too. I get there, she literally made 2. But those 2 Flatbreads were amazing 🤤. She's very sweet & understanding. And we got these notes on another occasion, mine was at work & my fiance was at home. So 2 different orders & 2 different orders that have quotes on them or just say have a great day! Any1 writing that on cups to customers gets a 5 star review in my books. That means they care about their regulars lol

Zach is the man. Really helped me out. A1 customer service. I own a local restaurant, better take care of this man or I will ;) only joking. He’s great tho! Will be back!

Affordable and truly delicious food, reasonably priced and incredible smoothies. This is one of my favorite restaurants in New Hampshire easily! 100% worth it

The place is amazing eats but the fact that management only has two people working walk inns and online orders on a Saturday is pretty unprofessional. Props to the two people working Saturday July 1st. Around 330pm . Sincerely restaurant life people

These guys went above and beyond with my order! I work in a healthcare facility and ordered a big order for my office. Being a new place, I wasn't surprised when I received a phone call from the store since big orders sometimes get mixed up. The phone call I received was just to inform me that they appreciated the order and that if for any reason it was not to our standards, they would replace or discount the order. I WAS AMAZED! The manager as well as the Owner both called to ensure our satisfaction.
The food was awesome and the smoothies were perfect and nothing was missing or wrong!!! Would buy again in a heartbeat!!!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young gentleman, the staff referred to him as Bradley. He had both a warm and charismatic smile, in addition he spoke with a homely atmosphere. Bradley was composed, respectful, kind, and so much more. It was my first time visiting the tropical smoothie so of course I struggled to place my order. Bradley was patient, well verse with the menu, and navigated the situation flawlessly with ease. The customer service Bradley provided was ideal, it truly was a perfect representation of what customer service should be. 10 out of 10 will go again. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!

I went in after seeing the sign, and was greeted by the most kind and genuine people. So lovely, and the smoothie was made in a few seconds. Extremely great portions, and absolutely delicious. An absolute must if you are in the area!

This place slaps. Smoothie was the size as a size 7 shoe. They nailed it and everything was awesome. Will be coming here when I’m hungover all the time. Love it here. Staff is better than anything. LOVE

I haven't been here in person. But we did order from Door Dash, and were very pleased with our food and smoothie. I'll definitely be ordering here again.

Smoothies taste amazing, prices are cheap, and manager is very knowledgeable on the menu and gives great recommendations if you want to try something different. He knows many customers by name and provides the definition of customer service.

Got Breakfast on day was great and on the way to work I stop a get a smoothie with whey protein. Staff is very friendly and would recommend it to everyone.
